It's my first ebike. I'd say a average of 25 mph. It hits 30-33 mph on the flat with me weighing 225lbs. The chain is very cheap but it does the job. The back rim needed adjustment to take the slack out of it, otherwise, it slaps around and makes a lot of noise. Bike showed up with two MFG defects. 1. Front tube had large hole in it that couldn't be known till I filled tire with air for first ride. 2. Rear shock missing bushing that couldn't be known till ridden. Only option offered was return item, and which requires disassembling, packing and $300+ in shipping. At this point I don't even know if the seller is still in business and worry I'll be out even more money/time and no bike! Seller does respond! Bottom of the barrel choice. Decals damaged upon arrival. Kick stand, 2 inches too short. Bottom bracket suspension pivot point defective. Dangerously floats from side to side. Has error code on screen and frayed wires on rear of bike where it goes into electric motor . Tried to get refund no luck . Tried to call them no way to reach . Out of country company .
