This scooter arrived quickly and was packed carefully. The setup was easy and took less than 30 minutes to assemble. The instructions were clear and easy to follow as well. If needed there was a QR code to take you to a video showing how to assemble it. It is very attractive! We were impressed by the speed and turning ability. The seat is comfortable too. Right out of the box we were able to use it because it came with a partially charged battery. Loading and unloading to the back of the vehicle was a breeze and the weight was just right. If you or your loved one needs just a bit of extra help getting around places this is a very versatile option. We believe it is very durable and made to last.

We received our mobility scooter last week, and it is everything we were looking for. Bright colors and very easy to assemble the first time. It folds down easily, and fits well inside our vehicle to stay clean until we need to use it. The long battery life gives us plenty of mobility. The seat, folding arm rests, and adjustable handle bar and controls make it very easy to drive, turn, and take us on pavement or grass. It’s so easy to use, our grandchildren learned easily to drive and park it. The removable storage bags offer plenty of space to carry personal belongings. We did order a separate cup and phone holder that easily mounted on the front bag. We just love all its features and the opportunity to stay mobile!

I just unboxed and set it up. It’s very simple to set up and lightweight, but also quality. I’ll update this after a few weeks of my dad driving it. Feels sturdy with the metal frame around the seat, which I like, and I think it will be easy enough to get in and out of without a swivel which I was worried about, but actually I think it’s gonna be quite simple. The double battery system is probably a good idea if you can afford to get the higher mileage one. I’m gonna see if I can get another battery. I ordered the lower one and the second battery container is just a shell. But seriously, I just had to screw a couple knobs, no tools needed, and it’s set up and ready to go. Nice that they thought of that.

Awesome scooter for travel. It made going through the airport soo much easier! Gate checked it each time and they had it ready for me very soon after landing. Battery pulls out easily to go with me on the plane. I put it in the removeable basket and shoved under the seat in front of me. Folds down fast too. Going to add hook and loop tape to mat to keep it on though. It is so light that it is easy to pick up to put in car. I had no problem getting it in my cabin on the cruise ship. While the turning radius is not great, I could pick up the rear and turn it to get inside or out. Took it out on the bike trail and it went just fine for miles! A second battery for that would be nice to have. Seems reasonably durable. I went on 5 planes on my trip and it only got scratches on the last flight. Still works great. It is shorter than some other scooters but I'm 5'1" so no issue. The seat looks minimal but I sat on it for a several hours and it didn't bother me. It took inclines much better than I expected and didn't tip over while crossing driveways. It does seem a bit noisier than I expected but it's not really noisy and I want people to hear me coming. Be sure to press the battery in tight for good connection. Use the open area under the seat to transport smaller items like a backpack or Cpap case. In short, I found it worth every penny of what I paid for it!

Pro’s: 40 lbs is lighter than most models & holds up to 300 lbs. Easily folds down & fits in the trunk of my 4 door VW. Battery seems good. I will be purchasing a backup. It’s nice that there is a compartment for it. Con’s: Does not handle well on rough surfaces. The basket is a huge obstacle!!! Don’t bump into anything or the silver rim will crush like an empty soda can. This is my first chair so I was getting used to it. Wheels have gotten stuck in gravel. Had to get off & push it or turn around and take a different route.

Because this is so lightweight, I was suprised at actually how sturdy and secure this little scooter is and runs. It is as described and runs great, including on grass. I was thrilled to see it drive over grass and take the small slopes and di[s in the grass. I use it to walk my dogs and that has a small learning curve as you want to make sure no doggie legs get causght, but I was so pleased with this over the grass in the park and the speed, it gave my dogs the ability to run, which has been a long time with my mobility issues.....I am on the heavier side, so I just barely fit, but I do fit..... I wish though there were feet extenders in the front, or more leg room....But that would add length and weight and I am kist barely able to lift the scooter and put it in my trunk and it just fits in my sedan trunk, so I am okay with it as is. It reverses well and turning radius is not bad actually. I do wish the lock to auto or unlock for manual push lever was reachable from the seat, but that is just a small thing. I love the ease of foldability of the scooter.... I am still learning how to approach a small curb or break in the sidewalk that raises the sidewalk..... Even though the seat is not much, it actually is suitably comfortable.... I love the manufacturer thought of storage. Looking for a good cup holder if anyone has one to suggest.
