Recently I wanted to do a little renovation on my dining room. One project is to replace the ceiling lights. I’ve been researching and looking at alot of them. This dimmable modern LED ceiling light caught my eye. It arrived very quickly and took me about 20 minutes to assemble. I did however ask my husband to help me put it up onto the ceiling. It didn't look too hard but your skill level will vary for this task and a expert may be needed. This ceiling light fixture can be changed from warm, cool, bright to dim by a remote control. You can re-arrange those squares however you want for different looks. I will take some pictures and let you guys see how I did mine for your inspiration, lol. Overall, I’m very happy with this light and happy I found it. Materials are sturdy. It has a very nice contemporary design that is customizable to your tastes. Brightness setting via remote is nice and convenient. Works well! Actually changes the standard of my dining room and how I see it. At least that's how I feel ðŸ¤.

Love the design, how there are two light settings, dimmable, plus night light setting. Not sure what the other buttons do on remote. I have high ceilings so I needed another set of hands to hold it into place while installing was only drawback for me. Thought it would be bigger, but overall love it.

We were super excited to get this light. Reasons for 2/3stars: poor instructions, missing mounting plate to mount to ceiling, and dropping pieces. I do a lot of electrical and assembly work so am proficient with putting things together. Anyone else trying to put this together will have a few trial-and-errors before they will be able to get it right. Instructions (see photo) are not intuitive and do not explain the procedures in writing. The quality feels cheaper than the their price. You could get a solid all metal ceiling mounted chandeliers for about same price at your local Home Depot/Lowe’s etc, and they come with detailed instructions and the most important part: ceiling mounting plates. I had to go to HD and spend a good 30 mins to come up with a way to get this light mounted on the ceiling. I had to use hardware parts in the construction aisle to get two perforated plates and matching nuts and bolts to install the light. The anchors and screws included in this package are too large and will leave a big hole in your ceiling. I had to use my own anchors and screws and multiple washers to make it all work on my own. Looks nice, but the drooping light bugs me. Caution: do not use the white gloves included in the packaging, they will cause you to drop the light because they are slippery on the metal housing.

The images in the Amazon listing make it look huge. Bought the biggest one they have and isn’t that big. Not disappointed but wish it were a bit bigger. Love the looks of it though! Instructions were basically useless but if you have a shred of mechanical skills, it’ll be a breeze.

The shape of this light is very beautiful. It took me about 10 minutes to install it. There are clear installation instructions and tools. It is easy to install. There are also a pair of gloves. The fixed steel plate on the top is very heavy and strong. The light can be adjusted in 4 levels, bright Soft, moderate brightness, sleep mode, remote control is very convenient, very good light, the overall structure is very simple, there are no too complicated parts, it should be no problem to use for many years!

First of all most of the light is plastic, which is fine but it feels like plastic. The first set of squares (largest) have 3 attach points each and is secure. The 2nd largest set however does only have one attachment point and they do sag. I would imagine they will sag worse over time. The lights are bright and it is easy to install, I dont however recommend the included hardware, it’s really cheap. I made a quick trip to the hardware store and upgraded the hardware, which helped. I give the light maybe 5 years if I had to guess.
