After having used this item several times, I am able to give an honest review. Pros: Lightweight, cuts well, does not leave trimmings all over the yard, much quieter than a gas mower, incredibly easy to start up vs cranking a gas mower, and charged batteries hold the charge. I once fully charged after a mow, didn't mow for two weeks, but both batteries were still fully charged when I mowed again. Cons: As other reviews noted, if you use the bag, the handle will undoubtedly fall off with a full bag. It goes right back on as it just snaps out, but it is a pain. However, I stopped using the bag and noticed that the mower doesn't leave clippings all over the place, so the bag is optional anyway. Product description mentions the mower lasts 40 minutes on a single charge and comes with two batteries. That led me to believe I could get 80 minutes of mowing each time. But you have to use both batteries at once to use the mower. So if you can complete your yard in 40 minutes, then you won't have this issue. I need about an hour. I ended up buying two extra batteries at a cost of $50 each. Another con is the long time it takes to fully charge each battery, at least 3 hours. Having only one charger is a big negative here because if you only have one set of batteries and you use up your 40 minutes, you won’t have another fully charged set for 6 hours. Bottom line is I would buy this item again. I felt I was a bit misled about the 40 minutes per charge with 2 batteries feature, but if you need more than 40 minutes and are willing to buy another set, you'll be happy with this mower.

Prompt delivery, well packaged, instructions not very clear, could use clearer pictures. I am a 75 year old woman and managed to break a clamp that held the upper handle to the lower handle. Easily repaired with hose clamps on each side which made it very sturdy! The handle on the top of the collection bag snapped out of it's bracket but it's not really needed to use and replace on the mower! The mower worked well and long on it's first use I'm currently charging the batteries! It was very easy to push and maneuver thru my tall weeds! I had put the mower on the highest setting to make the mowing task easier. I think it's the perfect size for my use!

Both batteries have to be in place for it to operate, and it runs for only 30 minutes. It comes with a single charger- so I can charge only one battery at a time and it takes 3 hours to fully charge one battery. This means I cannot mow my entire yard in one day, so I mow the back one day and the front a different day. I like that it’s lightweight but wish I had gotten one with a larger cutting swath. It’s a no returnable item, so I’m stuck with it. I’m a 70 year old woman, and It’s easy to start and easy to maneuver. It would be fine for an extremely small yard. But I wouldn’t have purchased it if I had realized it wouldn’t operate on just one battery it’s a hassle to have to monitor the charging and have to switch out the battery after 3 hours. I recommend buying one that comes with a dual charger.

I wanted to try the electric mower, but I was nervous because I’ve only ever had a gas powered one before now. This mower is great! It was super simple and quick to assemble with the clear instructions that were provided. The battery life could be better, and it would be nice if it charged faster; but it encourages me to take a pause and rest between the start and finish of the job. I LOVE that it is gas free because all I need to do is charge it to get it moving again rather than filling up away from home. It is lightweight, and easy to move around. It is relatively low-noise. It is also a great size being the width of my steps and compact for storage. I am happy with this investment and look forward to mowing on the weekends; this is everything I wanted in a mower!

The two batteries that come with this walk behind lawn mower lasted long enough to finish my whole yard, which is just under 500 square meters. I got about 40 minutes of solid runtime. It's great not having to drag a cord around or worry about running out of gas.

This item is cheaply made and I wouldn’t waste my time! You have to attach the rear wheels with a cotter pin & cap set up….ok…fine..but the company FAILED to drill the hole on one side!!! I had to drill my own!! Not difficult to do..but absolutely cheap!! Would NOT RECOMMEND!!! Full disclosure…after actually using the lawnmower, it really does work well cutting the grass…I’m happy with the performance. They give you 2 batteries, but the mower has to have both…and the charger only charges 1 at a time!!
