Prompt delivery, well packaged, instructions not very clear, could use clearer pictures. I am a 75 year old woman and managed to break a clamp that held the upper handle to the lower handle. Easily repaired with hose clamps on each side which made it very sturdy! The handle on the top of the collection bag snapped out of it's bracket but it's not really needed to use and replace on the mower! The mower worked well and long on it's first use I'm currently charging the batteries! It was very easy to push and maneuver thru my tall weeds! I had put the mower on the highest setting to make the mowing task easier. I think it's the perfect size for my use! ... show more

    • Battery Life is Accurate
The two batteries that come with this walk behind lawn mower lasted long enough to finish my whole yard, which is just under 500 square meters. I got about 40 minutes of solid runtime. It's great not having to drag a cord around or worry about running out of gas.
