  • Easy to Carry, Quick to Deploy — Great for Outdoors
Size: E100W
I’ve been using the Ecosonique 100W Portable Solar Panel for camping and emergency backup, and it’s exceeded my expectations. The 6-fold design is incredibly compact — folds down to the size of a laptop bag and weighs only 6 lbs, making it super easy to carry and store. Setup is quick thanks to the built-in kickstands, and the panel feels stable even on uneven ground. I love the wide compatibility: it comes with USB QC3.0, USB-C PD3.0, and 20V DC ports, plus Anderson and XT60 connectors. I’ve used it to charge my power station, phone, and even a small fan — all worked flawlessly. The conversion efficiency is impressive at 23.5%, and it adapts well to changing sunlight with an auto-reboot feature. It’s also waterproof and dust-resistant, which is a must for outdoor use. If you’re into hiking, RVing, or just want a reliable solar backup, this panel is a fantastic choice. ... show more

Great solar panel! Very lightweight and easy to carry. Works perfectly with my power station and charges phones and tablets quickly. Ideal for camping and beach trips. Highly recommend.

  • Fit my needs for a foldable 100 watt solar panel
Size: E100W
Why did you pick this product vs others?: This 100 watt foldable solar panel was priced much lower than comparable ones, but at the time didn't have as many reviews as the top ones. But it checked off all the boxes of what I was looking for: 100 watt, foldable, a stand, USB ports, and XT60 cable. In full sun, I'm getting 70-80 watts. You might get a little more with the perfect angle and perfect conditions, but 70-80 watts is reasonable for foldable panels and this price. I like the included pocket for the cables and adapters. The build in stand is a little flimsy and takes some work to stand the panels up. The outside fabric material can easily get dirty if you're setting it on the ground, especially during camping. ... show more

  • Not that light until you compare it to another 100W panel
Size: E100W
Much more compact and lighter than my $400 Goal Zero Nomad 100W Solar Panel. As you can see in the picture, there’s a huge difference in size. My Goal Zero does not have a handle for carrying nor any other plugs besides the 8mm plug that is meant to go in the Goal Zero Yeti Battery. This EcoSonique has a handle to carry, buckles to keep the panel folded, and several plug options included for a variety of battery powerstations. The Anderson connector makes it easy to link to another solar panel to get even more power for your battery. And when comparing both 100W panels, this panel got just as much wattage as my Goal Zero, averaging about 60-70W in an urban environment. You might be asking why I’m not getting 100W on either of my panels. Well, it rare at least for me to find the optimal environment to get the max out of my panels for where I am. I have several brands of panels and I routinely check them to make sure they are all consistent. I’m not an expert at all and can’t tell you whether the panels are just not efficient enough compared to something more expensive. However, in this price range I’d say this is great and does get the job done. With about 60W it took around an hour to charge my Goal Zero Yeti 1000X to 10%. I highly recommend this panel! ... show more

  • This portable 100 watt solar panel charged everything I plugged into it
Size: E100W
This 100 watt portable solar panel was able to charge everything I plugged into it. I plugged in my MacBook, then my iPhone, my iPad and two power banks (all separately) and it was able to charge each device without any issues. I will say that it is a bit unwieldy to try to deploy because you have 5 folding panels that are all flexing as you are trying to stand it up. The kickstands, which fold out from the back are a nice addition but they tend to fold back up while you are working on standing up the next section. It took several minutes to balance it and keep it standing upright but this is just a side effect of having a folding solar panel and really shouldn't count against it as it does what it is intended to do, which is to charge up your devices using the sun. I got this to use in a power outage and based on my tests, it works well ... show more

  • Works okay
Size: 200W
I bought this to power an RV. I seems to work sufficiently, but I only get 130 watts in direct sun in New Mexico. Rufus says this is typical. It seems misleading to claim 200 watts of output when they know that this is only under ideal lab conditions and that real world expectation is 130-150 under the best environmental conditions. Had I know I would have opted for bigger capacity. The included cable is nice. It allows connection to many different devices and brands of power stations. Setup was easy, just unfold, angle it using the kickstands and plug it in. ... show more
