I ordered this RIZZLIZ 15x15 automatic heat press to move up from hand pressing HTV designs with an iron, and it has turned out to be a real upgrade for producing shirts and other transfer projects. Setup was mostly straightforward, with the bulk of the work being attaching the included handle to the pull-out platen using the small screwdriver that came in the box, and once that was done plugging it in was all that was needed to start preheating. The digital display makes dialing in temperature and time simple, and it covers a wide enough range that I can use the same machine for HTV, sublimation, and standard heat transfers instead of needing separate equipment for each material type. One of the features that stands out most is the auto-release function, which pops the press open on its own once the timer runs out instead of requiring me to stand there watching a clock. That alone changes the workflow, since I can prep the next item while the current one finishes rather than hovering over the machine the entire time. The adjustable pressure settings, rated up to 440 pounds of force, let me dial things down for thinner fabrics or increase pressure for thicker items like tote bags or wood blanks, and the even heat distribution across the platen has eliminated the patchy, uneven transfers I used to get with a smaller press. The built-in quantity counter is a genuinely useful touch when working through a batch of orders, since I don't have to keep track manually or lose count partway through a run. The pull-out lower platen is another practical design choice, since it lets me lay the shirt and transfer flat in front of me instead of leaning over a hot plate, which reduces the risk of accidentally touching a hot surface while lining things up. The unit also includes a pair of heat-resistant gloves, a power adapter, and a manual, so everything needed to start a project is included out of the box. I've finally gotten to get some time on this heat press and I'm really impressed. Maybe it's because the one I'm coming from isn't as nice, but this one is a huge step up. I'm just learning the art of heat pressing and the first heat press I had was quite large. Larger than anything I'll ever need, and was a bit of a pain to use. This one, however, is SO simple, and so easy to manage. There's no spring loaded arm to have to manage (and no bucking!). The size is perfect - easy enough to move around, but large enough to handle all my designs and heavy weight enough to feel solid. I've had no issues with inadequate pressure or heat - and the settings are easy to dial in. All of our pieces have come out looking really nice with no failures so far. The temperature seems to hold well, I don't see any indications that it is cooling or heating too much between presses. The temperature and pressure ranges are good for most types of transfers, and removes the guessing game you have with other heating/pressure products. The automated release is great for those of us who start counting and then see some weedings that you might as well clean up while you're waiting - oh - and the weeding scrap thingy is overflowing - let's go ahead and dump that - shoot the garbage is full, let me take that out before I get back to...what was I doing? OH waiting 10 secs... Auto-release is very nice if you identify with that last sentence at all. Another plus of this heat press machine is the slide out plate. This lets me clearly see and line up everything where I want it, no worries about touching the heat place, then slide it back into place for the actual press. I love this vs the clamshell design of my first heat press and don't imagine I'll go back to that one after using this. Really happy with this press.

I’ve been doing more T-shirt and heat transfer projects lately, so I wanted a larger press with more consistent pressure than the smaller one I had been using. This RIZZLIZ 15 x 15 press gives me plenty of working space for adult shirts, and I like how much easier the automatic operation makes my routine. Once I set my temperature, time, and pressure, I’m not standing there trying to press everything evenly by hand. The digital display is easy to read, and the quantity counter has been surprisingly useful when I’m making several shirts at once. I’m much less likely to lose track of how many I’ve finished. The auto release is one of my favorite features because I’m often preparing the next design while a shirt is pressing. The machine feels solid on my worktable, and the adjustable pressure gives me more control when switching between HTV and sublimation projects. There is a bit of a learning curve when figuring out the settings for different materials, so I tested a few scraps first. For my home projects, this press saves time and gives me more consistent results from shirt to shirt.

This is an impressive heat press! The first thing I noticed was how substantial and heavy-duty it feels. This is definitely a step up from smaller hobby-style presses and has much more of a commercial-quality feel. The 15”x15” size provides plenty of working space for T-shirts, sublimation, HTV, and larger heat transfer projects. I especially like the automatic release, digital controls, and adjustable pressure. The quantity counter is also a nice feature if you’re making multiple items at once. The machine is sturdy and stays securely in place while working. With the amount of pressure it provides, transfers come out evenly pressed without having to rely on manually applying pressure like you would with smaller machines. This would be a great option for someone who makes shirts regularly, does larger batches for organizations or events, or has a small crafting business. It takes up more space and is heavier than a basic craft press, but that’s part of what makes it feel so durable and professional. Overall, I’m very impressed with the construction and capabilities. It feels like a commercial-quality machine that should handle a lot of use.

I ordered this heat press hoping for better results than I was getting using a smaller craft press for T shirts and tote bags, and this feels like a major upgrade.
