I gave to my dad, and he loves it ,Arthritis keeps him home, but with this scooter, he can go shopping without worry. It has a sophisticated design, beautiful colors, easy operation, and just the right speed for an elderly person. It's safe for elderly people to use as a means of transportation. It folds easily, is lightweight enough to lift by one person, and can even be towed. It was fully charged the day I received it, and I've been out once a day, and it still has some juice left. It rides smoothly, so I can take it on trips too.

Please do not buy this scooter. It very dangerous! The wire rope that connects to the rings under the seat which go through a hole in the top of spring loaded pins became distorted became distorted and could no longer pull the pins to lock the seat in place. The nuts which hold the pins in place to fasten the seat came unscrewed which allowed the pins not to properly secure the seat in place. I only discovered this after attempting to sit in the seat and it fell down and hit to the base of the Scooter while attempting to sit in the seat. “PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SCOOTER!” Its design is great, but it’s a “PIECE OF JUNK!” Also, when you pull on the lever to go in reverse the beeping sound is extremely loud and annoying in public places. Please do not ignore this review or you’ll regret it. I’m glad Amazon allowed me to write this review because I don’t want any other disabled person to waste their money. “You get what you pay for and I’m paying for it now for trying to save a few dollars!” Go ahead and spend a few more dollars and get a well built mobility scooter from a reputable manufacturer or company. Please read the reviews before buying a scooter and call the manufacturer. Also talk to your doctor or occupational therapist about what you need. The YouTube videos are deceptive and will lure you into a trap to buy an inferior scooter. STAY AWAY FROM “GOKEEP” 4 Wheel Folding Mobility Scooters. PLEASE!!!!

So far we are pleased with this product. The rider is tall and 219 lbs. He is not able to use the arm rests because of his size. It is easier to get in and off without them anyway. It is very easy to use. One handle for forward and one for backwards. When you let go of handles it stops. I contacted the customer service with a question but never heard back. On the panel, I wasn't sure how to read it. I think as the battery decreases the green dots go down. Picture attached. It does fold easy and fits in back of my SUV. Kinda heavy for one person to lift.

This has been a lifesaver for us. The speed is perfect, the fit & cushion are nice. It is lightweight but still is a little awkward to pick up even when it is folded. The backup alarm is super high pitched & loud so everyone can definitely hear it. It is overall a great purchase!

Great way to get around. Easy to steer. Easy to fold but it is heavy. #46 we have traveled on ship and plane with no problems. The basket came off the screws pretty quickly so we had to drill different holes through the whole shaft to secure it. Very convenient
