Was packaged very well. Arrived a few days early. Instructions were a little vague but managed after a bit. Fully charged the battery then unplugged for 2 days since I’ve heard it’s not a good idea to over charge the battery. And found the battery life had depleted by half showing orange. That was disappointing since it hadn’t even been used. Hoping I don’t have a battery issue since I have an out of state outing this week so guess we’ll just wait and see.

The scooter was easy to put together after I found a video on YouTube. I used it for a three day trip with students. It was easy to break down and pack on the bus, several times a day. I would not have been able to travel without this scooter.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: We picked this product because it was advertised as only being 35" front to back. That is not the case. It's 41ish" instead. This was frustrating because there were similar and less expensive models for the same 40 to 42 inches in length.

The scooter is a great size, easily handled. Hubby can now be in the yard and prune bushes and and low branches on trees so I don't have to. I can now concentrate on the higher limbs that he can't reach.

Awesome motorized scooter. I was so skeptic about getting one from here. Though I would have been better off ordering from a medical store. But glad I gave this a try. It's pretty good. First off, it said that this is foldable and lightweight. That is semi true. It's hard to fold plus you need to remove parts to slim it down. It is heavy but I guess if you compare it to the ones in the store then maybe it's lightweight. I need to try to lift the ones they give at the store to compare. Now to the fun stuff. This scooter have speed. It's not slow at all. I zip pretty quick up and down isles. The ride is quiet and smooth. The battery life is amazing. I don't have to worry about it running out of battery while I'm out. Chair itself is comfortable. It have arm rest on the sides. It have plenty of room for you feet and a decent sized basket at the front. Rearview mirrors on the side. Easy brake handles. Have a beep warning when backing up. Overall, very good scooter. Great value compared to buying from a medical store.
