Not only is this company a great company to deal with but their machinery that I bought a scooter is absolutely marvelous. If I wrecked it today, I'd be ordering the exact same one tomorrow. When I received my scooter, I could not find the basket that goes on the back and through Amazon I was able to contact them. They responded immediately and said they would send the basket that was missing. All they needed was my address. That night before I returned their message my son-in-law found the basket. It was underneath the machine and at 90 I was not strong enough to lift the machine up, but it was there. So this morning, I apologize for the problems that I caused by claiming the basket was not there and I've used the item now five times and each time I'm more impressed with the machine.

Scooter worked on arrival. Husband took short ride on it after putting it together. We loaded it on back of pickup to go on vacation. It did not start on arrival to destination. Battery fully charged. Will run if you push start it but stops as soon as you stop it. Im very disappointed because I was not able to do a lot with my family. Im hoping you will take it back and replace it with another scooter.

The scooter seemed as if used because the chair was already detached from the scooter and the base was tightened to the scooter itself. It took W-40 oil to detach it so that I could adjust the height. The battery is not removable as it claims to be And Most definitely not low weight. It is beautiful and once charged ( mine was already charged) it took a few tries to get it to work and once it did, I put it to the test and it worked very nicely. You can’t get it wet so no go over wet or moist grass. It can be dangerous per the manufacturer. It has a great seat- soft and wide. Leg room is made for long legs so if you are short in stature expect to lean forward. I bought it because it said lightweight and removable battery and NEW. But the last sentence didn’t apply to the purchase. Other than that I am keeping it because it was for my elderly mom and she has problems walking long distances. I guess it has to stay in the garage because it’s not going to be as accessible as I originally thought but I’ll use it to get my mail and walk the pets. When she visits she can use it. Now I’m looking for a hitch for my car so that it can be loaded and I can use it to go away to Orlando or the Malls. Until then it’s one more thing in my house. I saw a better deal in Walmart online offers- guess that what I get for not checking there first. I feel betrayed and mislead since it claimed batteries and lightweight was a feature and once again it wasn’t
