The scooter seemed as if used because the chair was already detached from the scooter and the base was tightened to the scooter itself. It took W-40 oil to detach it so that I could adjust the height. The battery is not removable as it claims to be And Most definitely not low weight. It is beautiful and once charged ( mine was already charged) it took a few tries to get it to work and once it did, I put it to the test and it worked very nicely. You can’t get it wet so no go over wet or moist grass. It can be dangerous per the manufacturer. It has a great seat- soft and wide. Leg room is made for long legs so if you are short in stature expect to lean forward. I bought it because it said lightweight and removable battery and NEW. But the last sentence didn’t apply to the purchase. Other than that I am keeping it because it was for my elderly mom and she has problems walking long distances. I guess it has to stay in the garage because it’s not going to be as accessible as I originally thought but I’ll use it to get my mail and walk the pets. When she visits she can use it. Now I’m looking for a hitch for my car so that it can be loaded and I can use it to go away to Orlando or the Malls. Until then it’s one more thing in my house. I saw a better deal in Walmart online offers- guess that what I get for not checking there first. I feel betrayed and mislead since it claimed batteries and lightweight was a feature and once again it wasn’t ... show more

Don't buy! Nothing but trouble from day one. It sit in my living room and won't do nothing. If you are lucky enough to get it out the door it might go about half block then STOPS!! and then you push it home. So take wandering don't buy!!!!
