Not only is this company a great company to deal with but their machinery that I bought a scooter is absolutely marvelous. If I wrecked it today, I'd be ordering the exact same one tomorrow. When I received my scooter, I could not find the basket that goes on the back and through Amazon I was able to contact them. They responded immediately and said they would send the basket that was missing. All they needed was my address. That night before I returned their message my son-in-law found the basket. It was underneath the machine and at 90 I was not strong enough to lift the machine up, but it was there. So this morning, I apologize for the problems that I caused by claiming the basket was not there and I've used the item now five times and each time I'm more impressed with the machine.

Scooter worked on arrival. Husband took short ride on it after putting it together. We loaded it on back of pickup to go on vacation. It did not start on arrival to destination. Battery fully charged. Will run if you push start it but stops as soon as you stop it. Im very disappointed because I was not able to do a lot with my family. Im hoping you will take it back and replace it with another scooter.

PRO: It’s a decent scooter. Not real heavy. It’s easy to transport in three pieces. I am impressed on how fast it is. Maybe a little too fast. Glad speed can be adjusted. Shipping was fast. CON: Trying to deal with customer service is a nightmare. THEIR RESPONSE TIME WAS GREAT but beyond that it was not good. I was finally helped after several FRUSTRATED messages to them. SUMMARY: The scooter is fine and worth the $$$

Don't buy! Nothing but trouble from day one. It sit in my living room and won't do nothing. If you are lucky enough to get it out the door it might go about half block then STOPS!! and then you push it home. So take wandering don't buy!!!!

I like everything about it except that it was made in China. When I saw the name Heinsy USA I thought it was built in America. However I still like the scooter and am glad I bought it.
