As a frequent camper and fisherman, this 6HP 4-stroke engine is a godsend! Plenty of power to propel me and my friend's inflatable boat and is easy to maintain.The TCI ignition system is sharp to start and fires on the first pull even in cold temperatures. It's perfect!

Compared several brands and finally chose this short shaft engine. Medium weight, easy to handle, and a perfect match for my small fishing boat. Used it continuously for two months and it has performed very reliably on both freshwater lakes and offshore. Low gas mileage, low noise level, and no smog issues as with a traditional 2-stroke.
