First ladder came in broken, but the seller was great and immediately replaced it! The second ladder came in perfect condition. I use it for photo shoots and is easy to move around and looks great, too.

After doing extensive research, reading countless reviews, and patiently awaiting weeks and weeks for this expensive, "high quality" ladder, I am extremely disappointed, frustrated, and angry about the product I just unboxed. Just to clarify, my issues with the product are NOT due to any shipping issues or shipping damage. They are all due to poor materials, poor quality checking, and safety issues caused by the aforementioned problems. I could not even test the ladder out (not that I would even want to) due to the missing "feet" cover on the bottom, which put a huge scratch/dent in the wood floors that I will have to pay for when moving out of my brand new apartment. However, I could have been severely hurt with the uneven ladder due to this missing part, OR slit my leg, knee, or hand when unboxing the product. Next, the other "feet" were not nice, soft, or anything that resembled protection or high quality materials behind them, but instead, rock hard, "barely holding on" feel, with some knicks/pieces/chunks already out of them.... Next, right out of the plastic, I got weird oil all over the shirt I was wearing. I then realized the ladder was randomly covered in this wetness that I still cannot figure out what it is. And, once again, this was still present on the ladder after taking it out of an enclosed plastic covering. Very confusing and not good vibes coming from this. Also, the weight is advertised as being light, easy to carry, or set up against the wall, etc. THIS IS NOT THE CASE. It is extremely bulky. Mine is obviously lopsided as explained above, but it is not easy in the least to move around.... it also just looks extremely cheap, and not like many less expensive ladders I have had in the past in this minimalist category I purchased at Home Goods.... Finally, I was excited to see, with all of these issues, that the seller provided a card stating that the buyer should contact them if there were any problems. Well, that was not the case. There was a lousy QR code on the back of the note. I scanned it, and it took me to a blank website, with one link that said "repair information," which took me to an even sketchier website, once again with NOWHERE to find ANY contact information, or anything that was on the note inside the package. So, I am now writing this review after this overall very poor experience, and no way to reach out to the seller. In conclusion, I recommend looking elsewhere for a ladder in this price range if you want safety and quality.. oh, and a ladder you can actually step on and use! Now I have to lug this gigantic, heavy ladder to UPS and repair my wood floors. Yay!

As a short person, this ladder has been super helpful for my apartment that has a lot of tall spaces I need to access on the regular. And it’s slim/light enough to move it wherever I need to go without it being a chore to do it. It’s sturdy so I don’t get the top step wobbles I was worried about. Highly recommend!
