It is easy to put together especially with a power tool, but it's not necessary. It's comfortable and sturdy. The small pillows are a little awkward and not really necessary for comfort . I thought it was strange that it is titled Outdoor Conversation set, however the last page of the instructions say it is intended for outdoor use only...I don't think that is accurate. ... show more

Quality is good after all is said and done. Assembly is the issue and the reason for the 3 star review. All of the pieces required come along with it however, good luck putting it together. About a third of the bolts that came with it were stripped or were not defined enough to fit the allen tool that was supplied. Also, many of the holes did not line up correctly with the bolts and made for very difficult time torquing it tight. Ill give my overall review about a month after having it. ... show more
