I bought these at the same time I purchased a set of PC sectioned trays specifically for fruit leather strips. Those trays were waaay more expensive than these ones, and they are nothing but trouble. These guys, although you do have to cut the fruit leather yourself afterwards, have worked beautifully every time. Even thickness, easy removal, and easy cleaning. These were all I needed! They are flimsy and floppy, so set them on your dehydrator racks before you fill them, or you'll have a mess on your hands. And your counter. And your kitchen floor. That's probably obvious to most folks, but just putting it out there in case. The flexibility is perfect, though, when removing your fruit leather in one, big, beautiful rectangle. :) I have the 10-tray Magic Mill dehydrator, and these fit easily, with room on the sides if you had any other goodies you wanted to sneak in there. ... show more

This mat fit my dehydrator really well and the wall depth was a nice size where I could pour a thicker amount of liquid or little depending on what I was trying to achieve.

We have been using these silicone molds for almost everything in our dehydrator. Mainly use them for mildly and eggs. They are been working well for us without any issues.

I love how you can select temperature and time. The dehydrator has worked great. It came with one fruit rollup tray but I would love more because of wanting to dehydrate eggs. I'm not finding where I can order them and hoping I'm not just finding them. The only reason a 4 rating is because of 1 rollup tray. If I can order more it's a 5! ... show more

These silicone trays are so much better than the plastic trays you can buy to dehydrate fruit leathers. No parchment paper or prep of silicone tray needed. I made a blueberry/strawberry/apple/banana mixed fruit leather. One using my plastic tray that came with my dehydrator and the other with these silicone trays. Super easy to get the leather out of the silicone tray, and even better my leather did not stick to or rip apart! Only took maybe 2 minutes to remove from the tray if even that long. These mats fit the Ostba dehydrator that has 11.625" X11.625 shelves. They are lipped, which makes them ideal for making fruit leathers and pulp crackers. They wash up easily after use.
