This bag is really cute. Does have the strap handles and the bookbag handles. It's not as big on the inside as i thought it would be. I also have a Under Armour laptop book bag, but it's for a 15", inside where the laptop goes in my UA covers more than this bag for a 15.6". It seems to me that this cow print bag is more suited for a 15" or smaller laptop. The laptop area padding isn't very thick for VERY good protection but there's enough. There's plenty of pockets for storage inside and out. All in all, if u're looking for cuteness and some traveling it will definitely work. If you’re tired of carrying heavy bags across your arms back and forth, this bag is your answer! Plenty of space even after placing my laptop inside. The shoulder straps are thick and doesn’t place unnecessary weight on your shoulders.
