I absolutely love this kit. I have been making homemade pizza for years but the stone really does make the crust taste better. Put the stone in a cold oven and heat oven to 425 degrees before adding the pizza. Place the dough on the enclosed parchment paper sheet and transfer pizza in and out of the oven with the paddle. Placing the parchment paper directly on the hot stone. Google says placing a cold stone in a hot oven will crack it and the kit doesn’t come with instructions. Rinse stone off after use and avoid soap according to google. I also used a large wooden cutting board for cutting the hot pizza on top of the paper. Parchment paper doesn’t stick or burn. Love it. Best pizza ever bar none.

THE STONE ITSELF DOES A DECENT JOB, BUT IT IS KIND OF SMALL. IT'S RECTANGULAR, SO IT CAN HANDLE A VARIETY OF FROZEN PIZZAS, BUT YOU CAN'T REALLY USE IT FOR ANY LARGER TAKE-AND-BAKE ONES. THE PEEL I NOTICED AFTER WASHING IT, HAS SEVERAL SPLINTERS THAT WERE PRESENT ON BOTH SIDES OF THE PADDLE, NEEDS SOME SANDING/FINISHING I THINK. THE CUTTER IS AMAZING THOUGH, BEST PART OF THE KIT!
