I bought this for my son last year for 2022 Christmas. A couple months ago it quit working. He takes very good care of it. Not a scratch on it, so I knew that it had a warranty so I contacted Simbans. They emailed straight back and I provided what information they requested. I sent the tablet in for repair. A couple days later they replied stating that the parts to repair were on backorder and they said it would take longer than expected to repair and that they would send me a new one. I emailed back saying thank you for your communication and standing behind your products. I wish all companies were like this and I will buy again. I highly recommend this product. ... show more

Arrived @3 days fully charged easy setup (same as a Samsung ) was drawing on inf painter within minutes.pen works fine out of the box. Unit size is large as advertised . I heard this called a Samsung Galaxy killer and at first use it's true. connection features are awesome, Bluetooth, WiFi,HDMI

    • Yup. It's a tablet...
First and foremost I would like to say kudos to the seller, because this got to my house super fast. I wasn’t expecting it until Saturday, it showed up Thursday. Loved that. The tablet itself is pretty decent. It's got a bit of weight to it that for some reason I wasn't expecting. Set up was relatively painless, I just wish I could get rid of the massive Google search bar at the bottom of the screen. I have searched everywhere I could think of in settings to make it go away and nothing. Very annoying. I had never used Concepts before and initially I was pretty impressed with it. I dabbled with all the different markers and pens and ect for awhile, then decided to give the eraser a work out. The eraser in Concepts, for some reason, is absolute trash. It lags horribly, it is just not fun to use. The other program I tried was Infinite Painter. That is surprising very nice! Only downside, I have yet to find an "undo" button, which any digital artist can tell you is sometimes the only thing between you and hours worth of work being destroyed from one little mistake. I'm also having a hard time getting lines to not shake. Again, being able to draw a clean line when doing linework is important and so far I haven't been able to figure out how to calibrate the pen and tablet to reduce/remove the shake. Due to the shortcomings that Concepts had, I ended up downloading and installing Autodesk Sketchbook, which works amazingly well. I recommend anyone who is buying this as a substitute for the far too obnoxiously priced IPad so that they can draw easier, save yourself some frustration and download Autodesk Sketchbook. Other than that, yup. It works and runs just like my regular tablet. I do enjoy that it has pressure sensitivity for the pen, unlike my Samsung Tab. I dropped a star because of the less than impressive drawing apps and the inablility to get a line not to shake when it's drawn. If I happen to figure that issue out, I may give it 5 stars. ... show more

Support is very easy to deal with and resolved the issue. They were going to fix the screen but due to lack of parts they just issued me a new tablet.

The media could not be loaded. IT'S AMAZING! I been trying to look for a beginning drawing tablet, with no cables, easy explanation on how to use it. Easy for kids and adults.     • Run away from this tablet! Don’t even look at it!
I only gave 1 star, because 0 wasn’t an option. The tablet maybe worked a total of 5 times before it stopped turning on. I gave the company some leeway and told them to assume that it worked 10 times, because I wasn’t standing next to my daughter every second of every day. It was clearly defective. In no way do you pay hundreds of dollars for a tablet to not work, even after 10 uses. The company told me to pay and have it shipped back to them to repair it….umm what? It’s obviously defective, this situation is not a fault of the customer….or to pay $30 more for a new one. (Sorry bro, but i already did that and look where it got me.) They DID NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT. After trying to resolve this for MONTHS, I finally contacted Amazon who gladly gave me my money back and sent me a return label. I understand that a lot of people aren’t honest and always try to get something for nothing. However, I politely tried to handle this on my own and work with the company. They did not budge. Amazon recognized the MANY poor product reviews on this tablet and noted my situation. The supervisor, Mohammed, listened, looked up the reviews himself, and after offering to show proof of my months long email exchanges, he quickly and politely didn’t hesitate to rectify the situation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Do not buy the tablet! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOIT YOU. THEY DONT EVEN CARE THAT THEY ARE SELLING A CRAP PRODUCT. ... show more
