The media could not be loaded. This safe delivers what you’d reasonably expect at this price point. It’s not a heavyweight premium safe, but it will keep children out and would require effort for a determined intruder. I chose this model because it comes fully assembled (no setup required), which saved time and hassle. Moving it up a flight of stairs was challenging, and because it wasn’t perfectly level the locking bolts misaligned, so I had to make an adjustment. If you go with the 57″ model, you’ll want to anchor it securely to prevent tipping when the door is opened — I used heavy lag bolts into the floor since there wasn’t a wall stud where I needed it. The fingerprint scanner works well and supports up to 30 entries, so I saved multiple angles of both my wife’s and my thumb for reliable access. One minor disappointment: the internal door storage compartment is smaller than I anticipated — I thought I could fit a leather folder of important documents, but the dimensions are tighter than I expected. If your requirements are modest — fewer than five long guns, a pistol or two, and you aren’t looking to spend a fortune — this safe is a very reasonable choice. I would give 4.6 due to the locking bolts having to be adjusted when setting up. ... show more

Great safe, when open door bottom bolt sticks and can't lock door. Rather than return I just glued some included Styrofoam where the bolt pulls back too far. Works great and easy fix.

Safe came broken. One of the locking bolts wasn't coming out. The lock it's self feels cheaply made. I turned the lock to unlock the locking bllolts and they wouldn't unlock. The door would not close. Now I gotta pack it back up and get it to the ups place downtown to get it returned. Total waste of money. There is not even a way to contact the seller to get the problem fixed. Total rip off!!!! Wouldn't buy nothing from this company. ... show more
