I have not assembled it yet, and I will add more once I have, but so far, the instructions are very easy to follow. YES, there is a floor, though I'm putting a waterproof mat beneath it. I recommend 2 people to assemble it, but that's because my arthritis doesn't give me the same mobility and strength. If I were on my 30's, I'd have no problem doing this on my own in a couple of hours, or less. Once I have filled it and experienced the weather with it, I will add information and change the Star rating if necessary. Oh, and the packed box is over 400 pounds and requires more than one person to move, unless you unpack it by yourself and move each of the 8-ish pieces individually. ... show more

Got this to store my bird seed in. Keeps the seed dry and has plenty of room for all my stuff, but not mouse proof. I didn't expect it to be, and use mouse-proof containers inside. I wish it had come with an interior shelve (or there was one available as an add on). I will build my own and am installing a rod across the top to hang feeders on when I want to store them. It wasn't as easy to assemble as the video made out, but also not terribly difficult. ... show more

Well built and easy to assemble! I’m a disabled woman and did it with an electric drill in one hour, by myself. My only complaint is that there’s no vent to this one so everything inside smells and may mold if you don’t open the doors daily. Could be easily remedied with a plastic vent part that most of these types have, but didn’t notice it until we opened it after a rain storm and the interior was humid. Items stayed dry though. I'm guessing no one has used this in the rain or snow. Wind blows pretty good in the fall and winter and this storage shed doesn't live up to it's hype. This could shed needs heavy duty PVC or thick heavy interior beams. It's just a plastic shell that's a waste of money. Water gets in and do does snow. Door frozen shut.
