This lift was delivered in perfect condition. The instructions included were all but worthless, however the KA Tools website has better (not good by any means) instructions. Assembly is easy enough and the wiring is simplified from the instructions. I had some problems with the lift and contacted support through the website. I received a reply very quickly and they (Kevin) was able to give me directions to get everything working. Definitely recommend.

The lift is great, but there were no complete assembly instructions. Lots of parts but nothing to tell you where they went or how they were to be assembled. We worked for days attempting to get it all figured out. We still have not got all the electrical hooked up so the stop won't work. The manufacturer knows how to hook everything up but without detailed instructions the lay person that buys this product has no knowledge. Research the internet found some information but not everything that we needed, very disappointing. That this item being so big and heavy it's not like you can just send it back because you couldn't figure out how to get it together. Also we had lots of leftover parts and don't know if we miss something or this was just extra.
