I purchased this pen and kit for my daughter as a Christmas gift. This has been a huge hit! She loves it. After having it for 6 months there are some best practices for when you turn off the pen. We had a clogged pen and customer service replaced it for us with no hassle. We did get some information on how to care for the pen. Our one big con for this kit. My son is 8 years old and was gifted a 3Doodler for his birthday. This pen was the most "bang for your buck" while also being kid friendly. It comes with many different colors and is easy to use right away. After a few uses, we had a slight issue with the thread getting caught in the pen (wouldn't melt or reverse out) and they immediately replaced my son's pen with no issues.
