I tried to use this with Samsung Note 10+ but there's no way to get a clear image even with the phone's highest video quality and screen resolution. I have tried adjusting it by following sellers' instructions with minimal improvement, with and without my prescribed glasses. This product doesn't match the picture quality for the price paid here. You can obtain the SAME picture quality with other VR headsets for HALF the price! ... show more

I hope we have no problem returning this piece of junk. We could not get it so sync properly with an iPhone to play any videos. The picture that came with the setup was so grainy that we couldn't see any value in this thing. We will try to return it today.
