  • Prints well, no issues.
Color: Basic-fire Engine Red
I was looking for a decent red color (some brands seem to be more orange-red). This brand was cheap and had fast delivery. I was not expecting much as it was cheap, but the quality has surprised me. It prints well, no issues with stringing or uneven layers. Color is consistent and is a nice solid red. Adhesion is as good as other more expensive PLAs. It does specify a higher printing temperature (210 - 230 degrees C) than my other PLA materials, so I do have to tweak the temperature. I will be buying more filament from this brand again. ... show more

  • White PLA Filament: Printing Faster Than My Morning Coffee Brews!
I'm impressed with the white PLA filament I am printing with on my Cereality Ender 3 Pro. The filament performed exceptionally well on all the typical benchmarks: printing at 250mm/s, releasing easily from the bed, no stringing, and the prints feel strong. There was a slight warp on one print, but overall, I'm very satisfied with the performance. For the cost and at this speed, it's awesome. I'll definitely be adding more colors to the collection! ... show more

  • Super Smooth printing, but unravels way too often. Great for the price!!!
The media could not be loaded. Invisible layer lines, awesome bright white color, what else do you want in a filament for only $12? I really can't get enough of this filament! Alright here's the pros and cons Pros: -Super smooth layer lines, even prints on my crappy creality k1 look good. On a bambu lab a1? layer lines are invisible -doesn't clog my nozzle, i've gone through maybe 20 rolls of this stuff in my print farm and only had one clog. -the price is amazing! and the quality doesn't fall off at all -I've tried this on my Bambu lab a1 and a1 mini, creality k1 and elegoo neptune 4 plus and it works great on all of them Cons: -It unravels itself on the spool waaaay to often. This does cause print failures many times for me on my print farm. I have some pics up of this, not sure how to resolve it but there's probably many. Bottom Line: I say go for it, it's so inexpensive and the quality is so nice. You just have to watch the print depending on your spool holder, if it shakes alot then the spool might loosen up and get tangled. Thanks to 3d hojor for making this so affordable. They did not give me this for free. I wish they would though. ... show more

Color: Basic-fire Engine Red
Great color! Easy to print with. Only issue: support removal can be kind of difficult compared to other brands I have tried. Still would recommend 100%. Just ordered another color from same brand. looking forward to it.

  • Not worth the trouble
Color: Basic-white
I bought this PLA with high expectations, after reading quite a few good reviews, LOVING the price, and the bonus of it coming on a cardboard spool, I bought two just to make sure I had enough. And now I have to throw BOTH rolls out. Upon first impression it looked to be stored well, and shipped perfectly with no damage to either container. So I’m not sure if I got a bad batch, if something happened in transport that I’m simply unaware of, or what. But this PLA simply couldn’t print on my printer. I own an Ender V3-Neo, and no matter what heat settings I had it set to, speed, or bed level, it would refuse to adhere to the bed. Alongside that, it wouldn’t even adhere to itself. My prints wouldn’t even make it past the first layer, if they could even get there at all with how bad its adhesion was, and if they DID make it past, the PLA printed so thin that it wouldn’t stick to itself. I of course thought this to be either user error, a bad leveling, an extruder clog, or again a heating issue. But upon going back through all of these possibilities and troubleshooting everything possible, it was OBVIOUS that wasn’t the case. I went through every video I could find on YouTube, every Reddit post, comment forum, anything that could help and quite literally NOTHING worked. This tirade of troubleshooting lasted on and off for a week. I did quite literally everything to try and get it to work, I really wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt that I was just struggling on my own at no fault of the PLA. I changed out the print nozzle because the PLA kept backing up and clogging it so badly I figured maybe a new nozzle would help. It did not. I even replaced the bed. I went so far in thinking my printer was the problem that it took two other people helping me troubleshoot to say “let’s try it on a few of our printers” for us to realize that it also didn’t work on any of theirs! And this again wasn’t just one roll, it was both. I’m unsure of what to even do with them now that I’m aware both are useless to me. If this filament works for you, then consider yourself lucky. For the price, this seems like a hidden gem. But truly it is more trouble than it’s worth. Don’t be like me, spend a little extra money on some decent PLA and save yourself the week of angry confused troubleshooting and replacing unnecessary parts. And if you DO have this PLA already and are having the same issues, I promise it is not your printer. It is the PLA. Try a different brand or roll before you freak out replacing parts like I did. ... show more

  • Looks great but filament gets stuck a lot
Color: Basic-fire Engine Red
Love the color but I have had more stuck filament with this roll than any other brand. Might still be worth the low price.
