Got this to increase my vitamin D3 and wanted something that wasn't pills. This looked interesting. The dosage is one drop per day for 25 MCG. The dropper is easy to control, I would not recommend directly putting it in your tongue because you will get more than one drop coming out. For more control I would recommend putting it in a glass with your smoothie or just water. I tried it with water and it did leave a little bit of a oily film on the bottom of my glass so I think if I mix it in with my smoothie, it would be better. It has a very slight fragrance of Orange and it's pleasant.

This being the first liquid vitamin I've taken, I was interested to try it out. I tried to get just one drop but when turning it upside down I managed to get two. Now, that's not a huge deal for vitamin D3 but if you are hoping for a very controlled output of drops you might want to look at a different product. When opening it for the first time, the bottle smelled very nice. I put the drops in a tiny bit of water and drank it down. The orange taste was very minimal this way, so my impression is that it is more about the smell than the taste. Since this is a vitamin and not a flavor enhancer that is ok with me, and I'm quite happy that it smells nice, so that is enough for me. I'll probably just continue to put a few drops into my tea or water and call that good. According to the internet, 1 fl oz is somewhere around 450 drops, so you are getting approximately 450,000 IUs of D3 in a bottle. That's not too bad for the price, and I think this is a very pleasant way to take D3.

365 by Whole Foods Market, Vitamin D3 Citrus, 1 Fl Oz... This is a nice supplement that I trust because it is from Whole Foods. I shop Whole Foods and have used their brand products for other food and household items. I have a high potency Vitamin D I was taking when my levels were low. But needed something now just for maintenance. From what I've read, 1000IU can help me maintain my vit D levels. I live in a very/too sunny area, but spend so much time in front of a computer and out of the heat during the brutal summers, as well as have a family history of the females not having optimal Vit D levels, that I am constantly paying attention to mine. This Vitamin D3 comes in a dropper bottle that is just like what essential oils come in. There is no dropper bulb with it which I found odd until I realized that all you need is one drop and not having the dropper bulb makes it even easier to use. I just keep it by my toothpaste and drop it directly on my tongue in the morning before water and coffee. There is not much taste or aftertaste at all. So it's pleasant to take anytime really.

I like the taste of this as it has orange and lemon essential oils added for flavor. However, there is no dropper to dispense so you have to just let a drop fall in your mouth so that is a bit awkward. I had to do it in front of a mirror and two drops came out instead of just one.

The top has a drip controller, allowing you to add by the drop to your smoothie or other drink. Installation/setup: Shake well and dosage is one drop. Add the drop to a smoothie or other drink. Final thoughts: I tried just shaking one drop into my mouth and it didn’t work too well. I ended up with more than one drop and spitting it out lol. The flavor is nice, kind of an orange flavor, not too overpowering or sour. It’s kind of oily so it would be much better mixed in something. You could probably control the drops better too. I like this and I’m glad I got it. ⭐️1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality. ⭐️⭐️ 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults, or a very high price. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars - It's passable, It has some faults but the quality is ok for what it is. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars - Product quite acceptable, it does what it promises. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.
