The box arrived and the pieces were mostly easy to put together. The chair is on the smaller side, so good for a smaller space. The "massage" is just vibrations, so we likely won't use that much. The color is really nice, and exactly what we wanted. The chair recliner by pulling a plastic handle located in the seat area, so not sure how long that will last. One of the cup holders arrived cracked, so I will be reaching out to Korser customer service for a replacement. Overall, it's a comfortable swivel/rocker/recliner that is made for a small space.

Not what it’s cracked up to be. Video shows all this room, holds 385 lbs, etc., it is a little chair. Number one thing that I really don’t like is that the arm rests don’t Velcro and pop over, very flimsy. The leg extension goes out just a little. Not happy with it.

Delivery came very early which was great but the delivery driver was awful. I had signs up for him to drop the pkg by the side door and he was dropping it way out by the street. I asked him to bring it to the side door and he flops it rolling along to the side. I had to get a neighbor to help me get it to my door. It was very difficult to assemble. I am 74 and a small woman

I am extremely happy with this chair! It is very comfortable, spacious, and the soft upholstery makes sitting in it a true relaxation. I especially enjoy the massage function there are different modes and intensities to choose from, which really help me unwind after a long day. Another great feature is the cup holders on the armrests, so I can comfortably enjoy my coffee or tea without having to get up. It’s the perfect spot to relax, watch a movie, or simply read a book in total comfort. I can honestly say this chair combines everything I need: comfort, functionality, and a nice modern design.

* Updated after things went wrong with it within less than a month. The chair was cute, although smaller than expected. I replaced my old recliner with this one because it seemed like a good bargain. Unfortunately, it did not hold up to everyday use by people not nearly the weigh limit it claims to support for even a month before it started falling apart. It did fit nicely into the spot where the old recliner was, but unfortunately I had to return it and now have no recliner at all. All of the features that attracted me to this one began to fail within a couple of weeks, and left me with a saggy uncomfortable chair with no heat or massage, and one that is barely able to recline at all. The good deal that I though I got was really not such a great deal after all, and now I have no chair and am still waiting a month after returning it to get my money back. Hopefully they will send my refund soon so that I don't have to waste my time filing a credit card dispute over their faulty merchandise.
