Had a great experience with the first use of this 360 Photo Booth. Only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is because there are a few minor annoyances with both the rig and the app, but it is absolutely worth buying (especially if you can get the deal where you get a FREE iPad photo booth as well!). I would’ve given it a 4.5 star if Amazon would allow for it. Pros: —fairly easy assembly (and it’s really just the arm and the lights around the base that you have to do yourself) —travel case is very helpful and well built (believe me, if you plan to move the rig often it is worth the extra money!) —was able to support 4 people with no issue —remote control for controlling arm speed and direction worked well —ring light has different lighting options (warm, white, natural) and adjusts in brightness for each —multiple device holder options —ChackTok app has a lot of great customizable options, including the ability to add your own music and frames, and you get four months free with the QR code on the back of the manual. — the LED lights can be changed into multiple different patterns and brightness levels —great, responsive customer support Cons: —cable management: >>>>>you need to buy your own clips or Velcro straps to keep cables tied down on the arm, otherwise they will whip around as the arm rotates >>>>>the LED strip light wires were a bit exposed at the end and the cord just runs off the side to the socket separately from the main power cord. This means that you actually have two power cables running off the rig, and if don’t pay attention when applying the lights and line it up with the undercarriage motor, then you could end up with the power cables coming out from opposite ends. Would’ve been great if instead a USB port had been built underneath that was attached to the main power to plug the lights into. I ended up wrapping the exposed section with electrical tape to protect it and bought a heavy duty cable covert to ensure no one tripped in either cable and accidentally ripped either out. —the camera remote is separate from the one to control the movement, and I found it had a shorter range and wasn’t as responsive. **The ChckTok app, while not owned by this company, is the preferred app for this rig but is also lacking in it’s ability to control the rig fully. It has a lot of great features, and does have a remote control in the app, but the control is only for the arm, and it’s not tied to the camera. It would’ve been the perfect all-in-one solution if you didn’t need to manually start the camera and the arm spin separately.

The media could not be loaded. My customers love it!!! It's Very Sturdy and literally holds 7+ people. I love my 360 booth the only issue I had was minor problems with the ring light The power button was off a little so I had problems getting the ring light on. I had to keep pressing on it.

The media could not be loaded. As a photographer, I have worked at many parties where 360 photo booth were available, but they were flimsy, and the camera needed to be manually shoved to get the movement started as the motor was too weak to move on its own. Also, those 360 photo booths were just plain boring; many guests did not even know it was in the room. This is definitely not going to be the case with the HARZHI 360 Photo Booth. THIS UNIT IS SOLID! We tested with four people on it: no problem. The motor on the camera arm is POWERFUL and had no issues with moving the battery pack, LED ring light and smartphone camera with moment lens. We even tested with a tablet too but preferred the note8 camera for this setup. It can be operated with included remote controls, or via the chacktok app. The HARZHI 360 Photo Booth will be noticeable in the room because it has RGB lights that you can setup which look gorgeous and will bring attention to setup, especially in a darkened room. This will undoubtably be the main attraction at the parties for the guest. The unit in the video and photo is the 115cm which is large. Because this is a sturdy unit, it does have some weight to it so it's best to have two people to set it up. The team loves it, and this unit will be one of the many offerings for our clients.

Our camera arrived right on time. Instructions were simple and we loved the videos. They were a huge help when it came to the minor installation. We only had an issue with the case that arrived damaged. It appeared to have been damaged in transit. The sellers were AMAZING! Super prompt and responsive with replacing the broken case. Such a pleasure working with a great company that values its customers. We will be purchasing our 2nd and 3rd cameras from them.
