I was hesitant to buy online but I'm very glad that I did. They are a nice height for a nightstand and they are absolutely gorgeous. High quality, the knob is very smooth to operate. A great value for 2 tall lamps, with the shades included. Shades are a nice, neutral color. Buy them!

I’m really pleased with this pair of lamps. I needed a relatively tall lamp due to the size of my headboard and I wanted it to take up a really minimal footprint on my nightstand, these lamps fit the bill!!! I love the black faux iron look. The lamps are simple old school design with surprisingly long cords, they are both plugged into power strips laying on the floor and I never even took the twist ties off the cords! I looked at so many home stores and box stores for lamps but these were the ones I loved. I love the beige/oatmeal color of the shades and also the drum shape. They really pull my room together nicely, now I just need to find something to hang on my walls so I can make this the master bedroom of my dreams. I attached pics of both assembled and unassembled, they just screw together, super easy, no tools. Note: When assembling I made sure to have the lampshade seam to the back and the on/off knobs facing the correct sides of the bed. ... show more

PROS: These were a good value. It's nice that they're a solid, polished metal and the lampshades don't look like cheap paper or plastic. Lamp cords are a good length. CONS: They're a little short for the living room, but still attractive enough to go there. The switch is a standard knob, below the bulb. It's 2-way. This is okay, especially if using smart bulbs which can be remotely dimmed. Bulbs are not included, but the price is right. ... show more
