I just purchased a golf cart that came with a charger that shared my birthdate. Since I wake up hurting I in the morning I figured I’d let this old charger rest and get a new one. I picked this one and I like it. It’s very small with a rather long cord. It comes with zero documentation and only instructions are written in the side but it’s not exactly rocket science. It charged my batteries just fine and just has a little LED to let you know when it’s charging or not. The unit got quite warm, but not hot.

We have several carts around the farm and camp and have had a range of chargers for them. This is a nice solid little off brand charger. It's easy to use and has no frills, bells, or whistles. It's price point is a smidge higher than some that will do do the same job but it's construction is also a smidge better than those. It is not as heavy duty or fast as some of the higher end ones we have but again the price point isn't as high either. I do wish it came with a handle on the charger body. We've had "cheapies" in the past that don't and some that did. It's a minor convenience but nice none the less, the charger bodies can get "warm" when in use so I prefer not to have to touch them and it's more convenient if you have to transport, stow, or move the charger at all (seems like we're always moving the chargers around here). All around very middle of the road charger on quality and value. I hope you found this review helpful.

This is a good, solid battery charger. It has high amp, letting this charge golf carts fast. But the size is quite compact, and lightweight. Not having a handle can make this a bit uncomfortable to carry, but also makes this very easy to pack and store. The cable is honestly as big as the charger. Everything feels well built and sturdy, the thick cable doesn't grow dangerously hot even after hours of use. If this fits your model of golf cart, this feels like a good charger to use. A one year warranty adds peace of mind this will last.

It's a basic 36V GC charger that works. The fan is small but effective. The unit and cable in and out get warm, not hot. The unit is not water proof, so take care when used outside or place it under the seat in a safe place. I am concerned by the lack of labeling on the unit that would typically show items such as input voltage and amperage, output voltage and amperage, Any UL, Ce or FCC testing/certifications.

I was shocked, pun intended, at the percentage of people who were able to allow me to charge their batteries with this charger. In fact everyone I asked looked at me like it was the stupidest question ever. Of course you can charge my cart. I found that the battery and the connection was quite popular around here.

This is a nice compact charger that is simple to use for E-Z-GO TXT carts with a 2 pin D plug. You simply plug it in and the light stays red when it's charging and turns green and shuts off when the level is 100%. Charge time is about 6-8 hours that's the same for all chargers in this class. The problem I have is that there is no documentation or warranty paperwork. You just get the charger. If you want to know how it works you need to go to the listing to find out. The fan is one of the smallest I have seen in a charger, so there are concerns about the duraaability. The one thning that will kill electronics is overheating, but fortunately there is an overcharging protection. You are not going to know about durability until you start using it. OVERALL - It's a bargain price, though.

I was looking for a basic golf cart battery charger that I wouldnt need a college degree to use and this has fit my bill. I can just plug it into the cart and into the outlet the light turns red while charging and when it is done it will turn green then shut off. I am loving how easy it is to use and I can have my batteries charged with in 8 to 10 hours. I am recommending this charger.

This 36 Volt Golf Cart Battery Charger is an off-brand version of your basic charger that does its job effectively. It charges the batteries within the expected 6-10 hour timeframe as advertised. My only hesitation is regarding its long-term durability, which I can't confirm yet (I just got it). So far, it's been solid and reliable, but only time will tell how well it holds up. Nothing really negative... I just couldn't to go with 5-stars unless I was overly impressed and could confirm long-term durability. Again, solid and reliable so far. I will do my best to update my review if anything changes in the future.
