Everything arrived early and in perfect condition. I am an 80 year old woman with no drill and only one construction experience with an ikea bed. I like a challenge, so I tackled this stove. It took me 5-6 hours and I am very pleased with myself. People mentioned holes not lining up, but I had none of that. Maybe no drill is key ( but it killed my hands until I had the sense to get a better screwdriver and put on garden gloves). Everything went together smoothly. Kinda took a chance on this fire place as it had only 1 review but I have to say I’m so impressed. We just moved in and it has been the first thing to make my apartment feel like home. This is a nice electric fireplace. The fan is quiet, the heat is warm as if you're standing in front of a real fireplace. The flame is nice and soothing to look at. It's a bit larger than I expected but that's okay because it fit nicely into the small space I have. The cord is short so be prepared for that. I did need assistance putting it together. There's a small ding or two on the face of the cabinet but nothing terrible. Only giving it four stars because I'm not quite sure how long it's going to last. I've only had it for a week or so.
