Our first one came damaged, but the company replaced it without any issue at all. It’s super cute and functional, my 2 year old got the hang of it immediately. It has some major power, so be aware of that! Pretty easy to assemble and the parental control remote was pretty effective.

Perfect for my 3yr old. It’s not loud. It was able to go up the hill to the park. Great traction it’s big enough for her and her dolls. It’s plastic but sturdy. It doesn’t have any storage space. And the remote isn’t the best but works. Batteries die quickly so I wouldn’t use it.

This is a company that stands behind their product. My son (who is four years old) decided to play master mechanic and pulled the wires for the head lights. He also damaged one of the side view mirrors. Long story short, his car no longer worked. Even though his car did not work, he sat in that car every day. I called this company (one day in January or February 2024) asking if they knew of a company that could fix my son car. The customer service representative that I spoke with asked that I take a picture of the car and send in additional information. Considering my situation (6 months pregnant/tired and working) I will get to it eventually. This same day, within a couple of hours, I received an email from this company stating they were sending a replacement (new) car. I was shocked. Thinking to myself, I did not sign up for the warranty. Within a couple of weeks, I received a brand-new car. So, a few months later (yes even more pregnant) I dismantled the old car and put the new car together. I didn’t think my son would notice (I put the new car in the same spot as the old car), but he did. When he arrived home from daycare, he went directly to the car and had the biggest grin on his face. He saw the side view mirror (he had to touch it), got in and out of the car and started it up. I am one of those people who do not do write reviews, but I had to on this one. Sorry for being late (end of August 2024) with my review and yes, baby girl has arrived.

The media could not be loaded. We chose this car because it had the parent remote. Our 2.5 yr old is tall so we had to get a bigger car up to age 6 but it is perfect for her size. My husband wanted good tires, remote and good price. This is sturdy for the kids with doors that open and close and lock. There is harness seatbelt too. The wheels are strong with tread and impressed by shocks! We haven’t had an issue with battery life yet and we haven’t had car outside yet due to storms but so far we are pleased. One negative is the instructions didn’t say whether you take plastic off the shocks or not, it’s just a picture, we didn’t realize till after that we should have left it in. Shocks still work, just aren’t as strong now I think. A huge positive is the remote has a kill switch do even if your kid is driving you can stop them if car goes in wrong direction or will hit something! We also love the Bluetooth cause my girl loves listening to her tunes just like the real truck :)

After 9 months, I am pretty confident in sharing this negative review. Our 2 year old grandson just turned three. He loves the car, it is the perfect size, the car is really cute, and after purchasing a waterproof cover, it stays dry and clean. Other reviewers have commented on the poor steering, and it seems to be a design problem. Other reviewers have described their fruitless efforts to get the steering fixed, and I have not contacted the seller-- thinking it would be a waste of time. I did take the unit apart to see if perhaps something was bent, or if something could be modified to improve the left turn-- which pretty much does not exist. I did not open the sealed steering mechanism inside the car, where it seems the steering problem is. I could not bend anything in the steering wheel or axles to improve steering to the left side. In the third picture, the steering column coming from the white plastic piece extends to a sort of tie-rod that has enough room for a good right turn , but not enough for a left turn. It looks like it could be removed and filed or ground down a little for better performance, but seems to need to be separated from the steering box inside the car. More than I want to do. The car does go forward, backwards, and turns right. The only way I have found to use it is to let it run in a tight right turn circle. I sit and press the remote controls continuously for right turn and forward, low speed. My grandson sits in the car and goes in circles to the right. His efforts to turn the steering wheel are overridden by my continuous pressing of the remote control right turn button. I would have been better off spending another 2 or 3 hundred dolars on a better car. This one is nearly perfect, but the steering weakness makes it marginally useful. The bluetooth radio works well. The audio prompt is a little muffled ("Da bruetooff divice is weddy too peeah"). But it plays fine. The materials are good. Solid, lightweight, and two doors. It is a little tight for our grandson, now that he's three years, but he's 90th percentile for size. The charge it holds is OK, but his short attention span means we never run the car battery down in a single session. I don't know how long it would last in continuous use, but would guess maybe 15 mintes. In short, if the steering was fixed, it would be a great car. If not, I expect your experience will be similar to mine.
