Seller sent me a brand new heater. We have been using it for a little over a week with no issues. Working great and looks great. worked for a day when we got it then would no longer let us adjust the temp. It shows 8.5 and won't shut the heat off and heat coming out is super-hot. Got this response from the company Turn on the heating switch, short press to adjust to display H1; 2. Long press 3S to display 62; 3. At this time, you can choose to add or subtract the temperature. 1st off why would I even need to do something like this to make it work 2nd I dont even know what they are talking about because I can't even find anything on it that flashes or says H1 or 3S. I unplugged the unit, and it worked fine for a week and now back to not letting us adjust the temp and the heat won't shut off and is so hot! I had to unplug it again but its won't even work this time just went back to showing 8.5. ... show more

Everything is as pictured. Only complaint is the buttons on the fireplace do not work. Hoping the sellers will send one with working buttons!

Seemed to be a good deal, probably should have bought something more expensive as this one is pretty cheap. When the fireplace is lit up you can see the led box. 👎🏼 NO where in the pictures of this product does it show this design flaw. Debating if we pull it out and send it back.
