This product works well. I started using this product on child mode. I am an adult. It is very powerful, I will say that. It is a bit awkward and cumbersome to use. If you try to use it over a sink. Plan on getting water everywhere. I switched to using it in my morning shower and I am much happier. Water was going EVERYWHERE and it is so powerful that I could not keep my lips closed tight enough around the device to prevent a huge mess. So in the shower all of that is avoided and I love how well it cleans my teeth and gums. I recommend using luke-warm water. My teeth are sensitive to hot and cold and that was an issue the first time as well. It was easy to put together straight out of the box. It is a sturdy product. The battery last about 1 week set to normal of daily uses. Charges quickly. The water tank is a good size, I do not need to refill during a cleaning. I recommend taking the water tank off of the device between uses and leaving in an area open to air, not a cupboard. It will get a musty smell.

I bought a very expensive name brand product that never worked correctly. Did I say never? I am not exaggerating. This no name product exceeds every expectation. It offers several speeds, has a large capacity water tank and runs for more than two weeks without recharging it I would highly recommend this product. Don’t waste your money on that other previously mentioned piece of junk.
