Only way to make it work is to turn the flow of incoming water down so low that in then becomes useless as water flow is only a trickle. Don't waste your money

I ordered this not realizing it required 220 electric line to run it. I am using it to get hot water to a sink in my outdoor kitchen in our screen room. I ended up having to hire an electrician to run 220 out to the screen room for us so it took a while before we could install it and test it out. It also cost a couple hundred dollars for the electrician so that made this project much more expensive. It was not hard to install but the wiring was not color coded the same as normal wiring, the electrician said he did not believe it was developed for US standards. After using it for a few weeks now I can say that it works well. It definitely produces hot water very quickly and more than enough for our use as a kitchen sink. I love how small me compact it is. We are using it under stainless steel sink like you would see in a restaurant. It is an open shelf under the sink so we mounted the water heater to the wall under the sink and it leaves the whole shelf open for pots and pans and things. Very happy with the outcome but I wish I had noticed it was not 110 when I ordered it.

I installed this water heater in my cabin. I needed a way to heat my shower without having to install a big water tank. This hot water heater functions really nicely. Not difficult to install. Really nice quality water heater. And heats water really quickly. Water gets nice and hot. I thought this water heater was a really great value for the money and it functions really well in my cabin.

This is something we have wanted for along time to cut down on our water bill. Europe has these and they work great. I ordered this without realizing what it would involve and cost to add 240v to where our sink is in our kitchen. The cost right now to add the electrical with the installation cost has not worked into the budget. Be aware it will be easy to install as long as you have 240v already accessible. This feels very well made, I am very sad the installation is currently cost prohibitive.
