I love these types of containers so when I came across this it was a must have. I actually love the mint color of them as well. They're durable, easy to clean, and the "O" ring pops on and off easily for complete cleaning. They do take up quite a bit of space though. Some of the containers will fit inside a larger one, but only a few do that. The picture I have doesn't actually even show all of the containers. The little condiment containers I was not impressed with. To be fair I really didn't care about those, I just wanted the glass containers. The condiment containers are what feels to be a cheap plastic, with an equally cheap plastic screw on top that doesn't actually seem too secure. I'm not sure how I would feel with an oil based salad dressing in that... but, other than the little bitty plastic containers, everything else was great! Everything I expected from these types of containers. The air seal flaps around the edges go down easily but securely, once in place you know the air tight seal is good.

These glass food storage containers with plastic locking lids are fantastic! They really are leakproof and are very nicely made. They snap closed very easily and create a great seal with their nice rubber gaskets. A little disappointed with the quality and tendency to leak with the sauce containers tho, it seems they are just filler to up the pieces count in the set. Overall I got this set for the glass containers and those I am very happy with. Would recommend!

The product listing is accurate but take a moment to look at it carefully. There are 12 glass containers with 12 lids. An additional 5 plastic condiment containers with 5 screw on lids are thrown in to pad the count of pieces. I agree with other reviewers who say this is really a 24 piece set. And remember, it takes 2 pieces to make 1 storage container. So this is 12 potentially useful storage containers. The largest of the containers, of which there are 3, hold 1 quart give or take based on shape. The smallest of the containers, of which there are 6, hold 1 1/2 cups give or take. If you are preparing food for one or two, that is probably useful, maybe even desirable. If you need storage for family meals, these may not be for you. The large, medium, and small glass containers of the three shapes--round, square, and rectangular--nest together nicely for compact storage. The extra 3 small containers are just tragic when it comes to storage. Between being on the verge of uselessly small and taking up almost as much shelf space as their 9 siblings, I might just dispose of them along with the condiment cups and treat this as an 18 piece set having 9 small storage containers.

We are so through with using old take out containers for food storage, lunches and the like. We saw this very large set of glass containers and could not believe the value. They arrived and we instantly went though our cabinet and put old plastic stuff into the recycling bin. These will last a long time, they're easy to stack either in the refrigerator or in pantries, and there's a great variety in sizes including small dressing cups (all with lids that close tightly so no leaks).Great set, love them and they get our highest recommendation.

This is a big set. There are 17 containers in total in various sizes. The container glass wall is thick and sturdy. The lid fits the container snug and tight, no leaks. Both the glass container and lids are dishwasher safe. I washed a few in my dishwasher, no problems. And the containers stacks well in the fridge. My only complain is there is no bigger size containers, all 17 ones are kind of on the smaller end. If this set can opt out some of the smallest ones and replace with a few bigger containers, it would be perfect.
