This scooter meets all my expectations! It was easy to assemble and gives me the mobility I have missing due to medical issues. It is sturdy and well made and looks good as well....I weigh 170 lbs and it holds me easily and comfortably, with no fears of falling off. This was a horrible experience. Misdelivered by FedEx. Then when I did track it down the battery never charged. Control panel showed a 3/4 charge yet the headlight wouldn’t come on, and the motor would never engage to allow the scooter to move forward or backwards. Why did you pick this product vs others?: I purchased this scooter for my 82 year old dad who has knee issues. He absolutely loves it. It has added quality to his life and made it easier for him to do things with our family that demand a lot of walking. We recently went on a cruise and had an amazing time with him thanks to this scooter. Everyone complemented, asked him about it and he was so happy and relieved he didn’t have to walk so much. The light weight, easy to disassemble and compact size make it convenient to travel. The battery once fully charged lasts a long time.
