The media could not be loaded. After searching and searching for a set of slipcover accent chairs that: Do not look like cheap polyester. Do not cost so much, I may have to donate an organ. Do not have horrible reviews. & Can fit a normal sized adult. I took a chance on an Amazon chair with 1 review and I am SO happy that I did. They look so high-end you’d never guess that they were $200/pc, every piece of fabric is removable/machine washable, & they are perfectly oversized. So I'll begin at the beginning, the packaging. The packaging was well thought out given that they put an extra piece of cardboard where you would slice through the tape. This definitely prevents any damage to the furniture by people that are less than careful. All of the pieces were well marked, so it made it easier to follow the directions. It included all hardware needed, including an allen wrench, to put the chair together. We did use a drill and an allen bit, but that's not actually necessary. It just makes it quicker. The hardware was good quality, and we had no problem with cross threading. The instructions were decent, if not a little lacking. If you haven't put together furniture before. Make certain that when you are putting on the corner brackets you do it only finger tight until you have most of the base together and the back slid on. That will make sure that you get the best possible squareness. Generally speaking, it was easy to put together, and my son actually installed it with just a little assistance from us. The cushions do inflate after a while, as they are vacuumed from the factory to make the box smaller. The cushions seem to get fluffier over 2 days. Where this chair actually shines is the slipcover. It's well thought out and a tight fit. There is velcro on a lot of the edges to make sure that it doesn't slip off. The pillows took a little doing to get them stuffed inside, but that definitely makes sure that they don't go flat immediately. When this inevitably gets dingy or dirty, all we have to do is take off the covers and throw them in the washer. For me, at 200 lb, I think that the seat itself is a little firm. My son however, at 110 lb, thinks it's great. All in all, this is a mini couch or oversized chair for a teenager, yet with The lumbar pillow, it's still decent for full size adults. ... show more
