LOVE!!! Honestly great quality, the fleece is the perfect layer, not too thick and not too thin so I don’t get overheated but still has a very night weight and comfort to it! It’s so flattering and fits me very well. I got a L so I could wear hoodies under it comfortably and I was able to without feeling like a snowball. Wore it in the rain a couple of times and works GREAT, nothing seems through and the fleece is a good thing warm barrier. Also bc it’s not bulky, it rly doubles as a wind breaker too! ... show more

5 stars for ALL the things! I had low expectations and was completely thrilled with the quality, fit and material that went into this jacket. I needed a jacket to run errands and take walks in our usually mild NC fall and winter. It is perfect for my needs. I ordered a size up to allow layering and that was a good decision. I might order a second color in the correct size to use of other occasions because the styling is so classy. Even oversized it looks feminine and sleek. I am 5'10" with a slim build. The sleeves were actually long enough, which never happens, and it covers my tush as designed, which also never happens. The exterior and interior pockets are super large and deep. There's probably enough room for the entire contents of my tote bag :>). The color is a nice true khaki, not greenish or grayish. The hood is very generous and will easily fit over my long ponytail and a low-profile ball cap. The zippers work right and the snaps are secure. I know other reviewers dislike the fleece in the sleeves, but I haven't had any problem with dragging, possibly because I sized up but more likely that the armhole and sleeves are designed correctly for a coat and without skimping on material. I can't comment on the waterproof claim because I'm a fair-weather walker, so I'll leave that to others. It does block a pretty stiff wind and I stay comfortable. ... show more

This is a great waterproof jacket. I bought it for a trip to London and we got stuck in a downpour. This kept me totally dry. It was fairly warm as well. I wore a sweater underneath and was comfortable in the low 50s.

    • If you are a true pear shape, SIZE UP at least 1
Size: 3X-Large Color: Red Wine
Coats, jackets, blazer, button down shirts are NOT made for a true pear shape, this coat is no exception. Honestly in coats I think you have to size up unless you are very thin since most people want to wear a sweater or such under it. I usually wear a size XL in tops, 38DD and a true pear shape, wear a size 20 jeans/pants, 18 in dresses. I have thighs and a bubble butt so coats are a hard thing to come by if by any chance I want to zip or button them up which is the whole reason one wants a coat, right??? OK, so I ordered up 2 sizes after reading reviews where a couple of ladies mentioned being pear shaped, unfortunately there was not a photo, nor will I be posting 1 either. I ordered the 3xl which fits well in the bottom portion of my body, I can zip it and button it, yay me, but of course it is huge like 1 size too big in the chest area, suprise suprise, the sleeves are long but the Velcro helps cinch them in where they are comfortable, what's nice is that you can cinch it in but if you've got a booty, it's going to be a lot shorter in the back and for me that's where I want warmth, booty and thighs, what's quite lovely is that it literally buttons/zips right up to your chin, love that. Listen for the price, it's really a good buy and amazingly appears to be well made, the pockets are zippered and deep, I will not be using the inside pockets but it's a nice touch, material reminds me of tent material but not as heavy, the color cranberry is very nice with a gray lining which is also nice., I didn't want a hood, but it will come in handy when it snows. I am moving from a tropical location to the Northeast now, so I needed something that I could layer up under, not heavy and easy to wear for activities and driving, this fit the bill. Perfect fit, nice quality and worked well on misty, rainy and cold days during UK Christmas visit. Neck zips up under the chin and hood can be tightened around face for extra protection. Nice sized, deep pockets on each side of the coat that zip closed and additional deep extra pockets on the inside as well for keeping phone and valuables close. Nice weight but not bulky or heavy.
