If not for this bike, I’d probably be homeless and jobless. Great range, speed tops out around 31mph on a full charge, nice and sturdy frame. A proper rear suspension would be nice, and it’s a tad heavy, but it’s the best bang for your buck you’ll see on here. Great customer service as well, always quick to respond and come to a solution

We purchased two- mine is the step through- they arrived within a few weeks of ordering. They were well packaged and we assembled them within an hour. There weren’t really instructions- so we used YouTube. We charged the batteries and did some practice riding in our yard. Not only are these our first e-bikes, we also haven’t ridden bikes in years. Within the first week we had already ridden on a 20 mile ride. My battery showed full strength following that ride. I do occasionally pedal- but I mostly use the throttle. We like the ease of folding for transport and we have carried them in the rear of our truck several times. They have good acceleration with the throttle or when peddling, brakes work very well, and the seat is somewhat comfortable. I will say that I had some soreness from the seat after the first few rides; but I’ve figured out how to adjust the way I sit to be more comfortable. Recently we rode 25 miles in a day and I wasn’t sore at all. (The battery still showed full strength after the ride!) The display is easy to read and I occasionally use the cruise control (also had to YouTube those instructions). The battery charges quickly and shows when it’s complete- so then I unplug the charger. Our batteries don’t ever feel warm when charging. I found a basket to carry my dog along for rides and the bike is foldable with the basket- I just have to loosen the bracket a bit. I also have a bag for the back that I use to carry my locking cable, purse, water bottle, and hat. My helmet fits in there when I stop, but I can’t zip the bag all the way with the helmet inside. This bike was a pretty good price and I’m very pleased with it. I definitely recommend this brand and style.

I researched a lot of ebikes and even went to an ebike expo before I bought this bike. I chose it based on its large battery, high capacity motor, hydraulic brakes, and folding capacity. It has not disappointed. It is well-made, sturdy, folds easily, has quality parts, and has been problem-free. I have ridden it with my daughter all over Manhattan, and its speed and range made me feel very confident. After riding it for a while, I would not even consider a 28-30 mph bike without hydraulic brakes. I also wouldn't consider an expensive ebike that only goes 20mph. This bike is really heavy, so there is a place for smaller bikes that go 20mph and weigh much less. But I wanted to have something that I could get in and out of traffic with confidently, could go 60+ miles, and something that could easily tow a passenger. And those two desires meant accepting a greater weight. But they also meant that I never think about driving anymore for quick runs to the grocery store or similar errands within a 3 mile radius. The bike is just too much fun. Finally, I have been pleased that the seller has responded to my inquiries about replacement parts and other questions, and seems committed to developing a quality brand. I have recommended this bike to everyone who will listen. I will probably get a cheap, lighter bike someday for family fun riding, but for a commuter bike and a bike to get things done, I would look no further.

First ride unlucky got a 1" nail in rear tire! IUsed a seat from other bicycle to ride because the seat-post that came with the E-bike was too large to fit it's tube slot. (Wilde is sending a replacement.) I’ve ordered Tuffy Tire liners and Flatout, hoping to prevent another flat tire experience! I am enjoying the power of this bicycle. It climbed up Cemetery hill (equivalent of about 4 blocks all up hill) with no problem. The bike gets completely drained on some other bikes. Before the flat I traveled a distance of around 30 to 35 miles before hitting the nail! Fortunately calling for help got me and the bike home. I also plan on purchasing more puncture resistant tires in the future. At $800.00 including shipping (Fathers day sale) WildeBikes are probably a best deal available. I would purchase another of their E-bikes eagerly. P.S. Their support is easy to contact and they are responsive, albeit in my case I waited awhile as they were closed when I first attempted to contact them. I left a text message, which they responded the next working day. 8~) Wildeway bikes has supportive. The seat-post Wildeway sent me is rusted out and does not function like a shock-post should. Pictures posted. For the price this is a worthwhile ebike, but it is not perfect. It has a tendency to shake and is not easily ridden without hands on the handle bars. Use Stop-Leak in the tires to help handle flats. The rear tire is prone to flats when the situation provides it! Wish they made a good mid-drive ebike in this price range!
