These skins seem like they're more realistic than many others I've seen. They're not like some cheap yellow rubber, these are skin-toned and much thinner, and also not as stretchy. They're not like leather at all, but in terms of stretchiness, it's more similar to a leather or real skin than a jiggly squishy silicone rubber material. These are a lot thinner, so they're not double sided per se, but you get so many of them, it's still a deal. Nothing is stopping me from using both sides, but I imagine there could be a little bleed through after piercing from both sides. The cups are a bit different from what I'd expect. There is a flange on the bottom of the cups so I don't see how they would fit into a holder, but after reading the description, they're not supposed to be used with a holder. The wider base makes them less likely to tip and spill, and if there is a little bit of overflow, it kind of helps keep the ink from getting all over. I can understand that. This is fairly new to me so I can't really say what's the best, but it's always good to have options. Thanks so much for the great quality accessories.

Overall I think this is a pretty decent bundle that every tattoo artist in training should buy, as it includes some essential consumable items you'll need for practice(skins and cups). The cups included come in 3 varying sizes which is great for those who don't want to use too much ink while practicing. The skins are pretty basic sheets of thin but sturdy silicone that get the job done. Additionally I really appreciate that the silicone sheets are individually wrapped to maintain their integrity.

I only left 3 stars since if you are new at tattooing please find and purchase 3mm thickness. I would say these are 1mm at best. The stencil does not told as well especially when practicing and wiping away excess ink, the ink smears leaving an unclean look. Yet, since these are priced at what they are you get what you pay for. I will say on a positive note that if you don’t mind having ink smears these are a perfect product to practice on. I just began tattooing as a creative outlet for myself and they aren’t bad. If you are serious about tattooing and want to practice a piece prior to tattooing someone I do not recommend. You can see the difference between the 1mm quality and the 3mm quality. Make sure you use something thick under the pad or you will end up tattooing your table!
