    • Nice little dehumidifier
The media could not be loaded. This little machine can really suck out the water from air. I bought this to replace an old one I have that's no longer working. Compared to that, this one takes less space and is much quieter. I put it in the basement, and need to set up the drain tube so I don't need to worry about emptying the water tank. Somehow the water is being collected in the tank anyway, and I couldn't figure out why. Finally, I realized that it is due to my setup. My floor drain is a little further away from the power outlet. So I extended the drain tube supplied with the machine. This is enough to prevent the water from flowing into the drain tube. So I moved the dehumidifier next to the floor drain, and used a power extension cord instead. That solved the problem immediately, and now I had a dry water tank. I also got some help from the customer service, which is greatly appreciated. ... show more

The machine work just fine and removes a lot of water from the air. Our house holds a lot of moisture and we have several dehumidifiers throughout the house. 2 in the basement. This unit is in our dining room and is very quiet. The only downside is that the water collection tank is quite small. I have to dump it out twice a day. Overall, I really like this unit and the value is excellent, and the quality it very high. I would recommend to others to buy this unit. You will be happy with it. ... show more

worked great for 3 months then quit. the only contact information is an email that shows out of service. i paid $150 so i guess i am out of luck.

Great dehumidifier! This specific model was referred to me by my neighbor. I bought this dehumidifier for my living room area. It’s about 500-600 square feet. It’s a lower level living room so it sits partially in the ground so it does get humid in this room. This product works great & is easy to use. Highly recommend! ... show more

Very nice machine as dehumidifier, works perfectly and the noise level is really acceptable, the only things that I didn't like about it is trying to configure out how to control the buttons to make it work I mean for me I was little bit confused in the beginning to make it work but after reading the instructions couple of times I finally get to know how to operated , but after all it's a great machine to have for a small space . ... show more

I bought the unit in March, it works fine and seemed to be very well built. But in April it started to overheat. it appears that its little fan stopped working put the compressor tried to continue. I wrote to the company a few days ago using the email address waiting to hear back. is anyone else had this problem and any information on contacting the company ... show more

It arrived yesterday and I immediately noticed that the water tank is very small and it’s a little hard to pull out and push into place. It ran less than 24 hours and was already full. It didn’t notify me and stop running like the instructions say, so it ran over the sides and onto the floor. It was full to the very top and spilled out the sides onto the floor. I emptied the tank and it’s been running for a couple hours and the tank is almost full again. It’s definitely powerful and gets the job done, but the constant emptying every couple hours and water on the floor is getting old. ... show more
