Definitely an upgrade from the Gladware I was using. They really seal well. Wash well. Preserve food well. There's not much more you'd want out of this type of container. I like the square and rectangular ones that seal with 4 snaps - they're great for snacks. You know you've locked it shut when it makes that sound. They all seal equally well though. I like the containers, for some reason I expected more, but all pieces were included in packaging, alot of the bowls were just really small. The flaps on side of tops, are hard to open. Containers are very secure once top is closed.
