Overall, it has been a satisfactory addition to my workspace, with a couple of minor drawbacks. One of the primary reasons I chose this particular monitor was its color. Unlike many other monitors available on the market, this one doesn't come in the standard black color. This was important to me because I wanted a monitor that would seamlessly blend with the overall decoration of my office space. The light gray color adds a touch of personality and complements the aesthetic I was aiming for. However, one aspect that prevents me from giving it a full five-star rating is its lack of flexibility in screen movement. The monitor is fixed in position and doesn't offer the adjustability and freedom of movement. This limitation is something I should have anticipated and taken into consideration before making the purchase. I should have paid closer attention to the product images and specifications in this listing. The screen resolution is good and the monitor's size is ideal for my needs; and setting up the monitor was straightforward. In conclusion, while this monitor may not have the flexibility in screen movement that I had hoped for, it still serves its purpose well in terms of visual quality and aesthetics. Monitor worked great for a month and then just died. This would have been ok, but customer support is terrible. I talked to a random person in India whom I couldn’t hear because they’re all crammed into a tiny room.
