Wow and double wow! I don't have a lot of strength in my hands. When connecting my old sprinklers, I have an insulated thermos of hot water and soak the ends of the hose in that for 30-45 seconds and then push like crazy. If I'm close to the house, I use a heat gun. These new ones push in so very easily. I had various types of 1/4' hoses, and they all went on easily. My older sprinklers are the type with little holes. When adjusting them for wider areas, the top sometimes flies off never to be seen again! I really like the fan spray, and none have flown off after adjusting the spray. I would definitely buy these again. I wish they made a connector like this. ... show more

Not only is the quick connect more convenient; but the sprinkler head throws water, much more efficiently. So the two main parts of the sprinkler are head and heels better than the ones I’ve used in the past

I bought these to replace my existing drip heads. I was able to cut the tubing and slide the cut end into the slip on connector with ease. The volume of water is very adjustable. I replaced all the old heads and now have complete coverage, will be interested to see if these clog like the old heads.

I purchased these for the ease of connection which works quite well. The big disappointment is the drip mechanism as it varies significantly from day to day. If you need consistent water volume stick with a standard pressure compensating dripper.

1/4 inch drip Emitters, with COMPRESSION!!! Thank You! After Using these, I will NEVER go back to those old fashioned push pinned ones, until my fingers and arms ached in Pain. I have drip irrigation due to the massive price of Water (in CA), and I want to expand my 3/4 acre garden/yard. But the emitters of old, breaking and popping off every week was dissuading me. But these "Compression ones" make it so easy. Only someone who has used these for Years knows how great this change is. I NOW demand all 1/4" emitters be Compression like these. I need Elbows, Connectors, Sprayer heads etc that are Compression ones like these. The only thing standing between yours and the old-fashioned ones is probably you getting the Word out..
