Not having to run the faucet till water finally gets up from the utility room would be great. Unfortunately, after the plumber installed it we found out that the best it could do was lukewarm at half-tap. Now we are stuck with the choice of tepid water all the time or ripping up the Vanity and bathroom floor in order to reconnect the hot water line. This would cost us over a thousand dollars. It’s NOT instant hot water. You must let water run a long time for it to reach set temperature regardless how high you set temp at. NOT recommended if you want instant hot water. Only plus is Remote temp adjustment where you don’t have to get under sink to adjust. But still no matter what temp setting still no instant hot water. ... show more
