Doesn't work and no tech support. Bought 2 of these with the same results. The temp rises about 6°c, can't change it to F, then goes back down to inlet water temp. The water outlet was less than 2' from heater and I tried slow water flow and fast water flow. Bottom line: it's junk.

It came with a 110 plug but says it requires 30 amp service. I’ve never seen a 30 amp 110 outlet. 🤷🏻

I have to be careful writing this review. Because there seems to be a misunderstanding that these water heaters can do as well as an under sink heater with a holding tank. It is my opinion that these could never keep up with the "in-line" holding take versions because of the low wattage. That's why you read other reviews say that it only gets hot with a slower flow. And that's true. But here's my experience. On my kitchen sink it would take about 4-5 minutes at full flow for the hot water to even get luke warm so I gambled and purchased one of these because a "holding tank" version wouldn't fit under my sink. sure, this unit does not keep up at first at full flow, however here is how I use it. I start at a very reduced flow and it gets hot immediately. As the unit's tempture goes up, (the display on the front of the unit) the water gets really hot so I slowly bring up the flow rate and it keeps up. After a very short while, I can use the full flow hot water and it stays hot. Eventually adding more and more cold. OK, I know this sounds like a bit of a juggling act, but it's really not. And I gotta tell ya, I love instant hot water and not wasting 4-5 minutes of water waiting for it to get luke warm. I love it and even ordered a second unit for my outside pivilion kitchen. ... show more

As soon as I saw this I knew that I needed to try it out, because what a space saver! Tankless!? I could not believe it! My husband was easily able to get this hooked up and going in no time, and low and behold it is everything that it was described to be, and so much more! Works absolutely flawlessly and is beyond well made! I love that it has the LCD screen as well as a remote for easy temperature control of the water as well! So not only does it save space but it's such a Time Saver as well! All of the materials feel very high quality and it is definitely durable as well! We really could not be any happier that we stumbled across this one! The value for your money is out of this world you will need a bit of space under your sink so you can't use it for a tiny sink, but other than that it is flawless! Got to give this one a 10 out of 10 you can't beat it! ... show more

Item states that the inlet and outlet are 1/2" NPT thread. This is false, known 1/2" NPT fittings that thread perfectly onto other fittings immediately cross thread when attempting to thread onto this unit. Glad I checked before beginning install.

With cold water at the bottom and hot on top this stuff needs a lot of space under the sink. So it doesn t fit and I'll return it.
