I got one for my mom and one for me. They arrived with no damage. We both find the purse slightly heavy but not terribly, even when full. It's beautiful and sturdy with plenty of pockets. It holds a lot but is not super large, closer to a medium-size purse. The handles are a little tall and don't fold down for me to store in my drawer at work if that matters to you. I only use the straps. I've not had any issues with the handles or straps breaking. It did have an icky chemical smell inside when received. Its cute purse and the arrived quick, so far so good i just use few times. By the way in the bottom is sturdy. I don't plan to put a lot of stuff because the handle seems like is not stronger for heavy stuff.

It’s cute, a good size. Seems like good quality. I only paid $20 on lightning deal so I wasn’t expecting much. Seems really nice with 3 compartments. Dislikes. Comes folded and is very stiff so with my things in it it still wants to fold up. The handles don’t move. Personally I think it looks goofy when you are using the shoulder strap and the handles are up. My personal liking would want them to fold down against the purse. All and all for $20 it’s a keeper ... show more
