The media could not be loaded. I like to say I like the bike I like the bike design, but when I got delivered my first E bike it came with so many under the paint. When I first received it, it had 2 big gashes on the logo showing metal underneath. I had error code 4 and 6 popping up. I put the battery in the battery pack and the bike won’t turn on, but it will work the next day. The throttle does not want to work anymore or It comes and goes whenever it feels like. I have only driven it twice and had for a week when this problem start to happen It came with too many issues for me to wait 30 days or more for smart travel to solve my problem. ... show more

This product does looks cool but the ride was rough, rear springs are way too much even after adjusting and I weigh 225. The seat is hard as a rock so with the rear suspension it was a rough ride. Throttle is not consistent, sometimes it takes right off and other times it is delayed. Everything else seems to be nicely done, excellent braking, shifting was smooth. There was one odd thing, the book said to press the M button to start the bike but there is no indicator of an M button anywhere so it took me a bit to get the damn thing turned on. If you are going to put two shocks on the rear use lighter springs and I am looking for some if anyone has suggestions. I actually found new shocks and put them on and WOW! what a difference I actually love the ride now. Technical support was rough but once I got the right person it was a lot better although they promised me gifts and then told me they cant find my address but it was the same that they sent the bike to. It will not do 70 miles though no matter how much you peddle, more like 45 miles max. Im also getting different handle bars 4 inch rise so I can stand up more comfortably. The media could not be loaded. i loved this bike for 200 miles. then the motor went on the bike, and i contacted the company. told me an engineer would get back to me. 2 weeks later still waiting for that mystical engineer. be aware you are on your own despite a 1 year warranty claim.
