I was a bit skeptical at first with a brand I haven't heard of before. I took a chance and bought this system for the PTZ and NVR functionality. With my telecom background, the installation was simple. One CAT5 cable to each camera from the NVR. Love PoE. The cameras mount just as easily. The camera quality is great for 5mp and the night vision works well. I love the return to home function. This allows you to set a home position for each camera and after motion tracking or manual movement the camera will return to that home position after a certain amount of time has passed with no movement. You don't realize how nice this is until you don't have that feature anymore. Connectivity has always been stable since I have it below my home router and connected with a 3ft patch cord. The phone app and PC interface are simple and reliable also. Customer service has been top notch if I ever needed any help. I've recommended this system to multiple people looking for something simple, reliable and affordable. You can't go wrong with this system.

I bought these cameras two months ago and I don't regret it at all; they're worth every dollar. Excellent image quality, easy installation I add an extra layer of protection installing the cables on galvanized pipes, a user-friendly and straightforward system, motion detection, and a ton of settings to explore. I sent this system to Mexico and I have 24/7 monitoring. I would definitely buy it again; it delivers on every promise in the product description. I contacted the support team a few times to get the complete setup manual emailed to me, and they responded quickly and courteously every time. A perfectly well-deserved 5 out of 5 stars.

The system worked as described and was easy to setup. The image is clear and the tracking works well. I had an issue with the audio and customer service was very helpful and patient as the issue was actually user error on my part and not the system.

it is not an easy install, on the add it says easy to install,, well the cameras are easy to do the physical install, but then to get them working is impossible for me,, I even had a pro com out , he finally got 2 working on my phone , but non of the features that were advertised, like watch a recording of an event, follow a person notify my for an event,, nothing, I just get to see what is happening now,, nothing else,, even the cheapest cameras sold do more with way less bother and these are not the cheapest.. Oh if you try to set up the recorder and some how loose the password,, you can't just push a reset button and return it to factory specs,, no you have to contact support and wait for an email a day or two.. I really wish I could return this worthless pile of crap,, but too much time has passed since I made the purchase, I was out of town at the time and took longer than expected to get back and try the install,, as far as the picture quality,, well you can not read a licence plate number from 50 feet away from the camera! or even recognize a face from that distance either, These are my 4th set of cameras that I have used in the last 20 years, so I am not a complete novice on security cameras,, but these are the worst I have ever tried,, and the documentation is jiberish ,, lots of very small print but no real how to do stuff in the 54 page book.. what a waist of time and money.

I have set up a cctv in our manufacturing plant but with a branded cctv. I wanted to setup another one in our house but I don’t want to spend so much money with the same brand we’re using in our plant. So I checked on amazon and found this product..At first, I was hesitant but maybe worth of try since it have a good reviews. When I received the product I tested it right away. And I was surprised that this product has the same powerful features as we have on our plant cctv. There three ways you can view the cameras. First is the monitor connected to the NVR, second is through webpage so you can view it to your laptop or pc. Just make sure to have the same subnet with your NVR NIC. Then the last one is through CP App that you can view your cameras online wherever you are. The only thing I was concerned was the sound coming from the hard drive like I have read in some of the reviews. Hopefully they could fixed it. It is working but cannot guarantee it will last.

I recently completed the installation of this Hiseeu 4K PoE PTZ Camera System. The installation took me some time as I routed and hide the ethernet cables all the way to the NVR. After the installation was complete, I plugged the system into power and nothing! A little troubleshooting revealed a bad power adaptor. I went online to Hiseeu's website and submitted a trouble ticket describing my trouble. This was done late at night on a Friday. Early the next morning (Saturday) I received an email apologizing for my trouble and stated that they would send a replacement power adaptor without charge. I received the power the next day (Sunday)! This solved my problem and the system works beyond expectations. I am still learning all the bells and whistles. The video quality is great both day and night.
