NVR System with Awesome video quality and great customer support. The product was easy to install, it came with clear setup instructions. Motion detection is on queue and I am able to view the images from my iPhone and there is no subscription service for viewings images also my system came with 3 TB of storage on board at a reasonable price. I am super satisfied with this NVR and saving money by not subscribing to a Cloud Service for 8 camera.

Good system except that 1 of the 6 cameras didn't work. When I contacted customer service they were very quick to respond with trouble shooting suggestions. When the suggestions didn’t work they were very quick on getting me a replacement and they kept me informed regarding availability and shipping. Set up and installation was good, fast delivery, customer support has been prompt and willing (thanks!). I love the quality of the cameras. They look so clear. Checking them on my phone is really easy to see and easy to monitor them. I can also zoom in more and then actually see more than expected. I actually love the outcome and the functionality of the cameras. I do recommend them.

I like how clear the picture is and that the resolution is realy good. The cameras were easy to install and set up the NVR. the NVR has lots of great features I like that you can pan and tilt the cameras. I also like the color night vision as well as the infra-red night vision over all. The cameras are great. I had a problem with one camera and the NVR but when I contacted the company, they responded quickly to resolve the issue. Great customer suport.

Writing this review as I'm setting it up, the video seams good, the 2way is off. I can hear just fine but when I go to talk to someone thru the camera I sounds like Darth Vader to them. I'm not sure if there is some setting but I did play the the audio in from my phone but it's not quite there. I have one camera that doesn't want to stay connected. I need to get it replaced. Update 11.14.2024 I have two cameras that go offline often. I have to reset the system to get them working again for a couple days and then they go offline again. I tried calling support and they would not help. I paid a good chunk of change for these to not have them all working all the time. Update 3.12.25 Still same issues Cameras turn on and off, I have all 6 cameras on but right now only 4 are showing up on the app. And when I log right into the box shows the same only 4 cameras. But when I walk outside in front of the cameras I can see that they are on and moving (I have Tracking on) so I don't know what the issue is. But still no support, they don't reach out. What crappy customer service.

Setup and installation was good, fast delivery, customer support has been prompt and willing (thanks!). Images seem fine, I like the remote pan and tilt and auto tracking (lots to configure), manuals are always tough to share knowledge and may benefit with examples, I've done my share of tech writing and it's always tough). Color night views required secondary light or camera lights always on, I don't know yet how to set them to switch on the lights only when triggered. All in all, I like the system and support.

I have set up a cctv in our manufacturing plant but with a branded cctv. I wanted to setup another one in our house but I don’t want to spend so much money with the same brand we’re using in our plant. So I checked on amazon and found this product..At first, I was hesitant but maybe worth of try since it have a good reviews. When I received the product I tested it right away. And I was surprised that this product has the same powerful features as we have on our plant cctv. There three ways you can view the cameras. First is the monitor connected to the NVR, second is through webpage so you can view it to your laptop or pc. Just make sure to have the same subnet with your NVR NIC. Then the last one is through CP App that you can view your cameras online wherever you are. The only thing I was concerned was the sound coming from the hard drive like I have read in some of the reviews. Hopefully they could fixed it. It is working but cannot guarantee it will last.

My mother was looking for a camera system for her house that would display it on some sort of TV. I also didnt want to have an electrician come out to rum power to the soffits of the house. Found this camera system that actually has its own monitor that can not on a dresser, and it runs off of POE which means the network cable that it comes with, also supplies power through that from the monitor. Setup was easy and to my surprise, the unit came with a mouse so that we can manage the cameras from the monitor. With the 360 pan tilt, night vision, and audio recording, my mother has been happy. The monitor has two additional ports which means we can expand to 8 in the future. Customer service is also excellent. I had a faulty network cable and after reaching out to them through Amazon, they shipped out a new one and that one world flawlessly. Definitely recommended this setup.
