Bought Hisseu camera system for an upgrade to current security system. I liked the PTZ POE camera system compared to the basic stationary video I had. Install was easy., plug and play! System comes with CAT 3 cables(would prefer CAT5). 3 wires are 60ft/3 are 100 ft which was nice. Clarity is much better than what I had. I like the humanoid detection that follows anyone that comes into view. I have mine setup to where one camera will pickup where another left off. Night vision is very clear. I would recommend this system for the price point under $400. System also has two way audio that is very clear. I like the instant playback feature which shows the last 5 minutes on any camera. My wife has the app downloaded so she can monitor while not at home. App has no monthly fees which is a bonus. It gives my wife a piece of mind while I'm at work.

I needed a home security system and I saw this hiseeu system on Amazon. It was an upgrade from what I had before. The setup was easy but I had some problems with the remote view on my phone. After a couple of phone calls to customer service I was able to fix the issue. I really like the auto human tracking and the 2 way audio features. I'm able to talk and see my family when I'm not home. Overall it is a wonderful camera system, the price was great the picture and videos quality are good and great customer service. The functionality of the camera system is great as well. Also the night vision, lag, and battery life works well too.I would recommend this camera system.

Nice little camera set for the price. The resolution is great. Able to setup intrusion zones to get notified by the app. I had a couple of setup questions and support was able to resolve my issues very quickly. The ability to use the PTZ feature was one of the main reasons I purchased this set and couldn’t be happy with the tracking and manual control of the PTZ.. the wide angle is also a plus.

The media could not be loaded. This was one of the best purchasing experiences I have had, Upon ordering the product, it arrived in 48 hours. Setup was easy, and the varied lengths of cable were helpful in not having excess on the shorter runs. I did run into a problem where one of the cameras image was mirrored. I contacted support and I actually spoke to a representative! She diagnosed the problem and promptly sent a replacement. The best tech support I have experienced. She continued support via email and was very responsive. Summer detailed how to use the software to configure to my specific requests, including pictures to make it easy. The camera installs were easy with just a few mounting screws, routing the cable and done. I recommend this camera kit to anyone looking to enhance their security footprint. The clarity of the cameras along with the field of view is surprising. The auto tracking of people and cars is stunning, and the way the cameras return to their home position is really cool, This the first camera system where I don't see any lag regardless of their distance from the DVR. All in all a great buy.

Writing this review as I'm setting it up, the video seams good, the 2way is off. I can hear just fine but when I go to talk to someone thru the camera I sounds like Darth Vader to them. I'm not sure if there is some setting but I did play the the audio in from my phone but it's not quite there. I have one camera that doesn't want to stay connected. I need to get it replaced. Update 11.14.2024 I have two cameras that go offline often. I have to reset the system to get them working again for a couple days and then they go offline again. I tried calling support and they would not help. I paid a good chunk of change for these to not have them all working all the time. Update 3.12.25 Still same issues Cameras turn on and off, I have all 6 cameras on but right now only 4 are showing up on the app. And when I log right into the box shows the same only 4 cameras. But when I walk outside in front of the cameras I can see that they are on and moving (I have Tracking on) so I don't know what the issue is. But still no support, they don't reach out. What crappy customer service.

I have set up a cctv in our manufacturing plant but with a branded cctv. I wanted to setup another one in our house but I don’t want to spend so much money with the same brand we’re using in our plant. So I checked on amazon and found this product..At first, I was hesitant but maybe worth of try since it have a good reviews. When I received the product I tested it right away. And I was surprised that this product has the same powerful features as we have on our plant cctv. There three ways you can view the cameras. First is the monitor connected to the NVR, second is through webpage so you can view it to your laptop or pc. Just make sure to have the same subnet with your NVR NIC. Then the last one is through CP App that you can view your cameras online wherever you are. The only thing I was concerned was the sound coming from the hard drive like I have read in some of the reviews. Hopefully they could fixed it. It is working but cannot guarantee it will last.

They are 5MP quality cameras with the motion detection following feature allows for hands free panoramic recording. Connects via Ethernet cat-6 cables to a NVR just hardwire to your wifi router, connect the HDMI cord your TV, put app on your phone and you got a great quality home surveillance system. Running the wires through attic, that's the fun part😂😂😂
