36'' Electric Fireplace Insert. I tried to find a fireplace that would go into a cabinet and replace one that had failed. The availability of that type and very short as unlike this one they mount from the rear instead of sliding into a fireplace opening. Not being able to find an acceptable replacement of that type, I settled on this one, and tried to get the dimensions as close as I could. This looks nice and the lighting is excellent, and the heater and fan work perfectly. I did have one issue with it not showing any signs of power, when first out of the box. I contacted the company, and they had me remove the back, and I found one of the wires to the on/off switch had come off. plugged it back in and installed the insert and has worked perfect ever since. I do have about a 1 inch gap at the top, but you can't tell when you look at it. But you do what you gotta do.

I love this fireplace. It look real. So relaxing. It puts out just the right amount of heat for me. I love you can turn the heat off and just enjoy the fire, since i live in Florida and do not need the heat very often. Would highly recommend this fireplace insert. I put it into a tv stand that the fireplace it came with stopped working., and it works great in there. I really do love this fireplace, I have it on almost every day.

Great colors, size, easy setup. Heat comes from the top but not real strong blower. If we leave it on for days it definitely helps heat the room but it cannot heat up large room by itself. We use central heater still but with our large older windows (and lots in living room) in winter it is chillier. This has helped us not get cold.

The media could not be loaded. I just received it and it did have a side bend but sure it can be bent back. The remote, I have to press the buttons like 3 times before it does anything so will contact seller and I am sure they will send a new remote. Other than that it is perfect and a perfect fit and heat is nice. I live in a rv and I could not find any fireplace mantle to fit. They were all to big for the corner. I bought a target $60 white bookcase 10 years ago and it's been my tv stand. I decided I was going to create my own fireplace mantel. Dismantled it sanded and primed all separate pieces and then painted then reassembled. I didn't like the solid color of paint....so contact paper it is, and it worked amazing. The top part is a adjustable shelf and I drilled my own holes so I could adjust it to the right height for the fireplace measurements. Now I am excited to get my new floors and paint my walls. Day 1 and super happy. Everything works perfect besides remote and it kicks out great heat. I'll update if something happens down the road. Update: I talked to the seller and they offered me a 15% refund for the dent and we felt the dent could be bent out. I did not want to return it so will bend out the dent. They gave me a tracking number for a replacement remote right away. Very easy to work with and 15% was their offer if I didn't want to return the fireplace. I accepted and was happy.

The media could not be loaded. This electric fireplace was a perfect fit for the framing my broken electric fireplace left. This electric fireplace insert came right out of the box all set up. All I had to do was plug it in and slide the insert in. The issue I had was the power cord comes out from the right side of the unit and not from the back. My opening was so tight that I had to drill a hole for the power cord to go through on the right side of my framing to get this to fit. There was no other way to rotate it in. I would prefer they had put the cord in the back so it didn’t interfere with the sides. Also the sound of the fire sounds like static from a radio like others have mentioned. Maybe if I’m really tired it may sound better but for now I leave it off. The color of the lighting is very nice and I like having the multiple options. It seems to put out pretty good heat so when I have a chilly day in the future that will be nice. The logs don’t look that realistic but I still think overall the fireplace is not cheesy looking and adds a nice ambiance to my room.

Very nice fireplace. Easy to install. Just one problem: remote doesn't work. Contacted mfg and they sent a replacement. It doesn't work either. Problem is in the wall unit. Everything else works great - guess I'll get some exercise getting up and walking over to change settings.

This unit fit into my fireplace like a glove, sturdy, well built. The remote control is a big plus. Love the adjustable brightness, option of colors. The sound of fire crackling could be improved, but not a feature used much. Puts out an abundance of heat. Perfect for my needs. Will not be burning wood anymore.
