First things first, this is a great ladder for our kitchen. It's not only stylish, but it is sturdy and can support a lot of weight. We had an aluminum 2 step ladder that bent under my weight...I get it, I'm no underwear model. This ladder is well designed and has the support I need. Plus, it folds really flat and stores away nicely! I did buy mine through Amazon Warehouse and noticed it was missing a foot. I asked the company if I could buy one. They just shipped me one for free! Wow, that's customer service, just plain awesome. I'd recommend this ladder based on the construction alone, but dang...that customer service just makes it that much better. BTW, the responses were fast. I love the colors of this stool as they perfectly match my pantry. It is lightweight. I find it a little difficult to fold just due to the design. My only complaint is I really wish it had some type of handle or railing or something on it like our other ones do.
