The 3 step stool arrived intact but one of the steps had a paint defect which obviously was missed by any inspection that should have occurred prior to packing. There was a noticeable smudge where the paint was not even the same color as the stool. It makes me wonder what else in the manufacturing process may have been lacking. I have inspected every screw, nut and other structural part and there appears to be nothing wrong from a safety standpoint but I will be checking after every use just to make certain.     • A lot heavier than I was expecting, so hard for me to maneuver
I guess when I saw this ladder's weight capacity, I should have looked at its weight. So it IS VERY sturdy and easy to open and close, but it is hard for me to carry from garage to where I need it as it is heavy and awkward for me. I bought this one as it looked just like one I've had for 10 years that finally broke. Still this is more my "fault" for not looking for the weight before ordering. ... show more

The weight limit for this step laddar is 300 lbs. Well I weigh much less than that. The first time I stood on the steps they felt flimsay as I reached the top adder the step started to bend. Very poor quality and not as advertised. I returned it.

I liked how compact it is. I would have given 5 stars but some rust spots on ladder as well as a scratch on paint. This doesn't affect the ladder, hence the 4 Stars.

We have a crawlspace in our home and it's so nice to get this out and use. Or the fact I'm like 5ft and I can't reach everywhere it's a handy ladder to have! Highly recommend!
